Ok this place is an institution and Quincy Market is a zoo but it’s worth it. I love pizza, especially east coast and we make our own dough. There dough is really good and artisan. Also it’s a reasonable value compared to the other options in the market. However, trying to get a slice is an exercise in patience. Over the course of our visit, since our hotel was a block away, I ended up getting like 4 slices. Lots of vegetarian options I got a cheese, mushroom and 2 tomato and basil slices. Service was functional but waiting sometimes was a zoo but a great experience – don’t go to Quincy if you don’t like crowds.

Tried two veg pizza options, cheese pizza was best and spinach pizza was ok. Overall, taste and experience was good, must try if visiting Boston.

Haven’t had pizza like this in a long time.. good ole’ Chicago days. Not that this place needs anymore 5 star reviews, but I will post one. Order a whole pizza here, not slices – crisped to perfection, (over)loaded with veggies/meats on their supreme pizza, extra marinara and ranch on the side.

Life safer! My family loved it! Pizza tasted great on our first visit couple of days ago that we ordered again on New Year’s Eve. Thanks for opening that night!

DO NOT get the slices; they’re so crispy, hard, burnt, and have been sitting for a while. I highly recommend ordering a whole pizza instead. It’s way better and delicious than the slices. Take the rest to go better than ordering the slices. Don’t forget to ask for the ranch before you order, or they’ll charge you if you forget. Better ask first.

The day I visited, the Margherita pizza was sold out, which was a little disappointing. However, the pizza I ordered was still very tasty overall, and the quality was good

Regina’s Pizzeria is an absolute Boston classic, and it’s easy to see why. The pizza is AMAZING totally worth being cramped in with everyone, which honestly just adds to the charm and vibe of the place. Wait times can be a bit long, but seriously, it’s 100% worth it. The atmosphere, the history, and of course the pizza itself makes Regina’s a must visit if you’re in Boston.

Dear Regina, I am so sorry to burden you with my patronage and I apologize that your employees hate their lives but I can tell you that you make great PIzza. Maybe all the self hatred the employees have makes the Pizza better because the original location in North End isn’t as good as this one for some reason. Even old slices that have been sitting out all day that the employees who refuse to look at you or acknowledge you shove at you. The old adage of great Pizza coming with abuse as old school Pizza Elitists like me relished the early New York days for. Abuse sometimes makes Pizza better. Here, that is the case. At the North End location they’re so nice and the Pizza just isn’t as good. Keep it up guys!

I was not expecting to love this pizza because it wasn’t freshly baked and looked a bit old, but after they reheated in the oven it was really good. I have difficulty swallowing many foods after radiation and surgery for a head and neck cancer left my neck and throat a mess, so I don’t normally try to eat pizza. But this one was easy to chew and swallow, and that’s not usually my experience. On top of that, it was genuinely delicious. So I was thrilled. We will visit again!

Take away outlet in Faneuil Hall food court, Quincy market. Attracted the most customers and i could see why. Great pizza slices, lot of variety, quick service and reasonably priced. If you like pizza, don’t think twice and go for it (both veg and non veg options available)
