Title: Completely wrong order at Firehouse Subs Lantana & Jog — missing bacon on both,
wrong toppings, no fix

Date of visit: February 19, 2026
Location: Firehouse Subs, 6169 Jog Rd A‑1, Lake Worth/Greenacres area
Order: Two Medium Smoked Turkey subs + combo drink and chips
Total paid: $32.07 on Visa
What was wrong:
– The receipt shows bacon added, yet both subs arrived with no bacon at all, even though
bacon was paid for on both sandwiches.
– The toppings were wrong: lettuce was supposed to be on the sub with no mayo, and
onions on the one with mayo, but the sandwiches were made incorrectly.
– Overall, the order was completely wrong—wrong toppings, no paid add‑on, sloppy
assembly, and cold presentation.
Why this is unacceptable:
– I paid full price for two subs that were not what I ordered. That’s more than a minor
oversight; it’s a failure to deliver the correct product after charging extra for add‑ons.
– The store did not fix this to my satisfaction when I raised it, leaving me with two incorrect
meals and no meaningful resolution.
Demand:
– A full refund of $32.07 for this order.
– A clear explanation of how this location will prevent such basic order errors from
happening to other customers.
If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate to corporate and share this accurate,
documented experience across review platforms—photos and receipt included.

I have been in twice to this location around 3-3:00 the mature woman does not greet you its like I am invisible. The sub the first visit was definitely not like the commercial on TV, not even close. The second visit the same unfriendly no Greeting employee. I ordered a sub and was told she could not take my $50.00 , When I asked her was there a sign stating that they wouldn’t take my cash she said no they don’t have any sign. Corporate please work on this store before you go out of business.

Very average/below average experience. I ordered the Roast beef sub with double meat, and if that was double meat, I’d hate to see the regular one. Also, meat was chopped up and warm, it should have been sliced and cold. Publix has much better subs at far less price. (14.00) for bigger and better.

Order for pickup, and they forgot to put the French dip sauce in the bag, and the other sandwich was supposed to have Italian dressing on it. Well it didn’t. I called the store and all they could say is you can come back. I am not happy with this store at all.

Not quite average at best. Go to Jersey Mikes. And their new french dip, don’t bother. Dry roast beef and if you get au jus, it like salt water. Just gross.

I walked into Firehouse Subs Lantana had two employees :Amanda and Carlos, both greeting me with the biggest smiles The firehouse Subs Lantana employee Amanda was extremely helpful explaining the menu while Carlos put together a Delicious Hot Italian Sub! . The decor inside was really cool and meshed well with theme of the
sandwich spot. It’s located right on Jog Road and there are tons of parking outside plus there are plenty of seats are available inside. Shout out to the owners for keeping their store up to par .

Very disappointed with my recent visit. I waited 20 minutes for an online order, which seemed like an unnecessarily long wait. As I was leaving, someone kindly held the door for me, but the door didn’t have a spring, so it slammed on my arm as I walked out. To top it off, my $15 roast beef sandwich barely had any roast beef! Overall, not the experience I was expecting, and I definitely won’t be returning anytime soon.

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub with all veggie toppings order ahead. I received a chicken lettuce and mayo sandwich that was wet and disgusting and smelled like dirty feet. Called immediately and spoke to the person who took our order and the male who made the subs and they both said “oh my bad” and the owner had to be contacted to refund. We have called multiple times since asking for the refund and they keep telling us they have to “ask the owner”. Definitely do not recommend this place as the food is nasty and the workers purposely mess up and then don’t want to help you at all.
