We had a solid Mexican food experience at Coyote Cafe in Beaver Creek Village today. The service was excellent as well. This is also a fun spot to hit after a day of skiing too!

First spot to hit after we arrived at beaver creek village. Wanted to find an affordable yet delicious lunch spot and this place did not disappoint. Easy, quick and reliable lunch choice. 57 dollars for two adults.

Stopped in for Happy Hour and ordered Chips, Salsa and Queso and they were delicious. Queso was a white cheese with plenty of flavor and just the right amount of spice. The salsa was perfect consistency and very flavorful. $1 off wines for HH.

17 dollars for 2 small slices of pizza with the employee discount, and wasting the little time i am allowed to have on my break for a 10 hour shift cause i did not buy this food at this ridiculous price . Thanks allot , your greed and price gouging will not be accepted by me . There are working class people here who actually believe it or not dont make 50$ an hour to justify and feel safe enough to make purchases like this . This is a reoccurring pattern going throughout the entire country where companies are only trying to appeal to the top 10% who
have the majority of the money in our economy. The working class keeps this playing running. Treat us with more respect

We spent 2 weeks in Beaver Creek and after trying a few of the other restaurants we came here for lunch daily for 7 days.As a family of 4 we tried probably most of their menu, we really loved the nachos, enchiladas, burrito and tacos. The kids menu is very good. They also have a great selections of beers and the margaritas are delicious. The service was great and very efficient. Thank you

Absolutely outstanding service. The food was good and reasonably priced considering it’s “on the mountain“, but not what I would call Five Star. We had the green chili pork enchiladas with black beans and green rice. Decent. We had the al Pastor tacos which I’d call above average. The four street sized tacos were stuffed with meat. We had the ceviche which I would just say is average. We had to use all of the limes on the table and add salt. We ordered the chips and salsa, and the salsa was so good we actually ordered some to take home with us.

The food was okay, nothing too exciting. The restaurant was packed when we arrived, and the service was average. The nachos were decent, but my achiote chicken bowl was underwhelming—it looked better than it tasted. For some reason, my bowl was a bit watery, possibly from the lettuce. The ambiance was loud and had a typical sports bar vibe. Overall, just okay food.

Great spot for lunch and a beer while you’re up at Beaver Creek. While the food is okay the atmosphere and customer service makes up for it. Definitely a better option than the typical Vail cafeteria fare!

We have been going here for years, and the quality never disappoints. This time we got to sit at the counter because there was no table available but it turned out to be the best seat in the house. Watching executive chef Benjamin work his magic was really fun!
