I have worked in the hospitality fiels for 2 decades… with that being said, I am a person who is extremely fair and open minded when it comes to receiving customer service in all aspects.
VICTOR G should not be interacting with THE PUBLIC OR PEOPLE AT ALL OR THIS RESTAURANT WILL CONTINUE TO LOSE BUSINESS extremely rude from start to finish. If my girlfriends weren’t with me, I would have asked for another waiter, I didn’t want to embarrass them.
First, he brought my fries that I ordered to go with my meal out as an appetizer for the table which was extremely tacky and strange. I can honestly say I’ve never had anyone do that ever. And then when I addressed it and told him it was supposed to come with my meal. He told me he was going to put it back on the warmer while my food was being prepared. I said I would like them to be fresh please. And come out the same time as my meal as I ordered it to be a side even though it was separate. He was extremely rude. He kept making smart remarks and literally was challenging anything i said to him!!! Not a gentleman at all!! Let’s just say this. It was my very first time here, and it will be my very last. You don’t get combative and rude with your customers. If you want them to actually return!!! Far too much competition to waste your time or money.Go elsewhere, where they actually appreciate your business and treat you like a human!

Different cheesesteak #1004 in the last four years. Special Guest Eater Amigo Dan. You’ll see in the video, I didn’t not like it. This is a very good neighborhood bar. They do them very well. It was a good neighborhood bar cheesesteak. The roll was toasted, which I like. Good amount of decent meat. The mushrooms could have spent more time on the grill. The cheese was adequate. They had a good selection of beers on tap.

My girlfriends and I are newer to the area and wanted to try this restaurant. My co worker had suggested to come. I was SOOOOO disappointed Victor our waiter was so mean and ruined our experience. I felt so uncomfortable with how he spoke to us and my gf especially he literally sat and argued and got aggressive and got snappy with her…. all stemming from something he assumed wrong. He was unable to own it apologize like a real professional and treat the scenario accordingly. Needless to say we will NOT be back. I run a few hotels nearby also I’ll make sure my employees and guests know where to avoid when dining out. As long as Victor is working there the restaurant will continue to lose business!!!

Good drinks, and their wings are awesome. I also appreciate their juke box. I would recommend, however, not trying to play a song when the place is crowded. You will wait for an hour or more before your song gets played, on a night like that.

Last night, I ordered 2 ISOPs and Mozzarella sticks. Most disgusting food I’ve eaten in awhile and whatever sauce they use is absolutely disgusting. The ISOPs are a soggy and sloppy mess- the mozzarella sticks are hard and nasty. I wouldn’t feed this garbage to my dogs

All the food was great. Our waitress was the absolute best. It was a really slow night and it must’ve been difficult for her not making money, but she didn’t allow it to change the incredible service. She made us feel like we were the only people in the room and in reality we were she had an awesome attitude Was very helpful with questions about the menu. We will definitely be back had the best experience.

Just tried this place for the first time on Superbowl Sunday. Order was for 15 wings, got 14 and a wing that looked like this (it’s not even edible). Also, they forgot the Bleu cheese. It’s written on our ticket but never made it in our order.
However, the wings were delicious so giving 2 stars.
