The Rez Grill is an exciting culinary destination at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa. This American charcoal grill with southern soul is located on the smoke-free mezzanine level of the casino. The Rez Grill menu features a wide variety of elevated classic and comfort food favorites including prime steaks, fresh seafood and the famous Rez Fried Chicken & Waffles. The Rez Grill bar is now open 7 days a week from 11AM – 4AM. Restaurant dining hours are Thurs 5PM-10PM, Fri 5PM-11PM, Sat 4PM-11PM and Sun 4PM-10PM.

Where is the escalator ride to the second floor? Great service great atmosphere good choices. We’re not upscale but more than casual dining steak was enough for four people to eat Au gratin potatoes were very light. Good mac & cheese was a little gummy and dry. Good sticky coffee pudding not too sweet mushroom soup is really rich and ,hearty , refreshing homemade jam really nice on warm biscuits fresh grounded latte coffee

Food was wonderful! We had a dozen of grilled oysters and the blue cheese salad as appetizers. Oysters were delicious and fresh, would have liked them on half shell instead of having to open them but opened very easy. The salad was also fresh and good, very light on dressing so if you like it wet get a extra side of dressing. My husband had shrimp and grits, delicious no notes lol and I had the short rib, great would have liked a little more sauce like my husband shrimp and grits but overall perfect. For dessert we got the black forest cake. Very good and light not to heavy. We also had the Rose Gold cocktail, nice citrus flavor.The only reason why its not 5 stars is because of service we had a reservation at 9 got seated at 9 and had to wait another 20 minutes for our waiter to take our order(our waiter was awesome by the way and very apologetic)but keep in mind it was a busy valentine’s day and someone did come bring water before he came which was nice!! We ended up spending $205 not including tip. Will definitely be back

We went for my wifes birthday and we loved this place. We ordered an off menu drink (the Lychee Martini) it was amazing! We had the grilled pork belly for an app. We have had it before and I think it was a bit undercooked but still delicious. For the the entrée she had the Snapper and I had the meatloaf. Both were delicious and the presentation was beautiful. I candidly let our server Malik know it was my wifes birthday and he brought out a desert with a candle it was the cherry on top of a perfect dinner. Malik was a great server, very attentive and informative. Overall it was an amazing experience and we will be back again.

I really wanted to give a 5 star review, however, they fell short on the quality of the food. We ordered the shrimp cocktail which was good and I found the crab cake good, but not the best I’ve ever had. I had the oysters from the grill which were good, but the oysters were pretty small and not worth the cost of $22. I tasted the steak & frites and this was very good. I had the fettuccine which was excellent except the shrimp was overcooked and rubbery which surprised me when the shrimp cocktail was perfectly cooked. And I really didn’t like that my fettuccine took an additional 10 minutes to arrive to the table and everyone else was eating. The macaroni and cheese and broccolini were excellent so I partook in the sides while waiting for my entree. For dessert we shared the crème brûlée and toffee pudding as was recommended . Acceptable crème brûlée but toffee pudding could have been more moist. Service was impeccable and the richness of the decor is inviting. Not sure I would come back.

The best restaurant in the casino! The food was amazing full of flavor and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and had a great vibe. Our server was excellent, answering all our questions about the menu with patience and great knowledge. We especially loved the live band playing it added the perfect touch to an already fantastic night. I will definitely be coming back next time I visit the Hard Rock in Tampa. Hands down the best place to eat in the hotel!

Recommend the cold shrimp for an app! Was so good! We went in for dinner and the food was good and the service was quick. Had nice drink options! I do recommend making reservations as they are only open certain days so it fills up quick!

Rez is an absolute gem! The food was incredibly delicious — every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. You can really taste the quality and care that goes into each plate.
The service was just as impressive. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we walked in. Everything arrived promptly, and they made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal.

We had a reservation and got right in. Food, service and experience as a whole was amazing. We had the shrimp and grits, filet mignon, bread and the Brussels. All amazing, fresh and delicious! It was very clean and nice ambiance as well. One of our new favorite spots.
