Literally will screw up your order on purpose. You charge for a double cheeseburger than give a single with pieces of bacon. it can’t be that difficult to give a single correct item.

First of all I had to knock for them to lets me in. I thought Burger King e verified their employees. Then to be locked in the store because their employees are scared of ICE. Second they were rude, did not get my order right, not fresh and did nothing to fix. Cashier was distracted to get my correct order and repeat it back to me. I told her she made the mistakes and I barely got a sorry. Horrible experience. Burger King should not let them lock doors while open.

I waited 20 minutes for my food to come out to me and my child and the food was already getting cold. I’m even certain the person in front of me waiting for their meal as well got our order instead, and had it for a while before giving it back after they screwed up the order. I don’t feel comfortable giving it to my kid when a stranger had it for an extended period of time. Waste of time, waste of gas, and now a waste of money since I now have to go somewhere else.

Update, complete 180. Much better location, food is leaps and bounds above my previous post in 2018. Store is clean, bathrooms clean, food is quickly made but with quality.
……2018……Just an average Burger King, a lot of vagrant traffic inside and they seem to be out of a lot of items on a regular basis. If you have a hankering for a Burger King, I would head up the road north a ways on Lewis avenue and stop at the one right before yorkhouse road. If they could manage to catch up to the North Lewis location, they would benefit themselves greatly.

Great customer service, quick drive-thru and wonderful location. Strong Wi-Fi and clean bathrooms. Texas Whopper has a spicy kick with the jalapeños, tasty tacos, great fries and delicious cookies. Plenty of parking. Careful pulling out of the parking lot onto Lewis Ave.

I went to the Burger King in Waukegan and they get no stars from me I asked for a classic bacon meal with fresh fries. An older woman fixed it. When I got home I had no bacon and I had four little burgers spreaded across a Whopper bun. I tried to call back about four times in the line was busy I called the next day and the line was busy I finally went there after not being able to reach anyone. I gave them my receipt and I showed them the picture of the burger and they were very surprised but they only gave me money back for the burger, and the other employees were in the office laughing now you tell me what kind of service was this. This establishment needs to have a meeting.

I figured I was in trouble when I walk into a place at 12:30 lunch time and there is only a lady and her daughter in there. We order and pay. So I’m looking around and the place is filthy. Couple of employees are eating there lunch. I can understand that. But when ther done they just walk away. Guys there is trash all over the floor. The tables Haven’t been wiped down who knows when. The trash on the floor. I have worked a few kitchens in my life…simple rules to live by…If you can lean…You can clean… I will put some pictures up and you guys be the judge

They’ve remodeled the place and it actually looks pretty good. The place was spotless on a Wednesday night and they even had TVs on for entertainment. The food was alright, the same as every other BK.
