The Depot is open again! The food was delicious and we had a good time. We waited a little long for the food to come, so minus one star for that. But once it came it was hot and delicious. Good service too. I like the new look and atmosphere after re-opening.

Good food horrible service!!. Had a birthday party dinner of 7. Restaurant wasn’t busy, but the female server was horrible! Then when it came time for the birthday cake, she just dropped it in front of me still in the cake box had plates but no forks and didn’t even take it out of the cake box I asked her if she could bring me a lighter for the candles Then she didn’t even bring the cream for the coffee that I asked for. She dropped off the checks then disappeared for 20 minutes. No body at front desk, so I put my bill down with cash and walked out when I was at my car she came running out asked me if I paid ..So crazy!!! To bad the food is very good but horrible service!! I have never had such bad service before, anywhere!!! Had a large party the day before Mother’s day for brunch, everything was great then

This was my second time visiting. Unfortunately not the greatest experience. My wife and I had a funeral at 6 we decided to have a nice early dinner at 4. After waiting for over an hour we found out our food was taking so long because the Cook was working on a catering meal. We requested to take our meal to as we now had no time to eat before our funeral plans. After getting home was only more frustration after opening my wifes container and finding what looked like a mini kids meal that cost 20 bucks. Very disappointed .

The food is great for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Everything I have eaten here has been really tasty with fresh, quality ingredients. The staff is fast and friendly and the place itself is clean. A true gem up on the ridge!

The Depot is closed do to a fire some time a week ago. Today’s date 06/20/2017. Very sad for the owners and feel sad for them as well.

Up date 2-25-2019 Urgent!!! Do to the Camp Creek wildfire of November 8th 2018 during the overnight hours between Nov. 8 and 9 the Historic Depot Restaurant was completely destroyed. The Town of Paradise, large portions of Magalia, Concow, Pulga, to the north and east were decimated by the most destructive and deadly wildfire in CA state history! End of report.

My fiance went here at 5:15P for some coffee and pie. Zero interaction. No customer service. 15 minutes without anything. Finally she went to leave and told the only server there and the server didn’t even make eye contact. For not being busy this is unacceptable!

Food was only okay. We watched the waitress bring out three platters of food and a trip wirh one water before we even got the atrwntion for drinks. Then my uncle decided to take more than half his plate home and while we weren’t looking the waitress took it and threw it out. We won’t be going back. Horrible!
