I ate at this restaurant for the second time today. The food is authentic, delicious and fresh (relative to a Saturday night in Queens). The service is amazing as usual. The waiters speak English (something that is hard to find in Bukhari restaurants in Queens). You can bring alcohol from home, which is always great! It was busy and the food still arrived on time. The bathrooms have such an annoying LED and were dirty.

My first time here and experience with the cuisine. Absolutely loved everything (and learned I don’t like lamb). Staff was wonderful! Was refreshing to enter an establishment that is so welcoming of new people.

Cold vegetable salad was tasty.
Chicken kebabs were tender and good
Best was the round bread they serve when you first sit!!!! I almost ate the whole thing myself.
Careful with the red wine. It’s very sweet unless you specifically ask for dry wine.

The food at Salute Restaurant was absolutely delicious! The lula kebabs, liver, and khorovak were outstanding. They also served warm, tasty bread that complemented the meal perfectly. Highly recommend this place in Queens, New York!

Also the classic salads are super great addition to the hot grilled meat.
We always order tje chibureki and the manti to stat the meal (of course this are both meat appetizers) so good, authentic, great flavor. Cant miss it
