On Christmas Eve, I had placed an $85 order online through the Pizza Hut website. After 2 hours of waiting for the pizza to arrive, I decided to call the location to see what the problem was. After being put on hold twice and transferred by two different people, they hung up on me and refused to answer the phone when I called back. After two and a half hours, the pizza finally arrived; however, the four pizzas, wings, and breadsticks were burnt to a crisp and so stale you couldn’t take a bite. After the incident, I discussed it with a few friends, who then asked, “Was it the Pizza Hut on Hubbell?” Yes, in fact, it was. Apparently, this is the worst location ever. Several people have ordered pizzas through them, only to have them never show up, and the employees hang up and refuse to answer the phone. After this incident, I will no longer be using ANY Pizza Hut. I will be purchasing from their better competitor, Domino’s, although it’s hardly a contest, considering Domino’s can deliver my fresh, hot pizza in 20 minutes.

We had a really busy day and nothing else was open other than the Pizza Hut in Northern lights. My son who is autistic really loves Pizza Hut so we decided to go with Pizza Hut over northern lights. We placed the order, and waited for 30 to 40 minutes until we went to pick it up. No one called us to even tell us that they were completely out of product. Not a single person got their pizzas at all so then by the time we went to pick up our pizza and they finally told us that they didn’t have any product at all at the store northern lights, which was the only other pizza place open was closed. You would think that if they were receiving orders that they would at least have the courtesy to call the customer to tell them that they were not accepting orders anymore because they were out of product.

Arrived 5 minutes before our pickup time. Waited 10 minutes (or more) before a guy told me “Not gonna lie, we got backed up there and your pizza just went in the oven.” I normally wouldn’t mind waiting on a Friday night, but standing there being ignored frustrated me. He gave me a free drink, but they need to pay attention to the customers out front!

This was the best Pizza Hut for the last couple years. I ordered carry out twice and if you do not know the bald head guy is no longer there it looks mostly like the same people but I am questioning that now. Everyone seems stressed out and unhappy. It took way too long for someone to come to the counter the 1st time, no big deal. Today though, a tall guy acknowledged me and carried on. Stated at the heater thing for a good 8/9 minutes, it wasnt even correct. Very disappointed.

The service is absolutely horrible and this location is a train wreck. The last 3 times I’ve ordered they’ve missed bread sticks and drinks. The final straw was when they missed a pizza and gave us two burnt pizzas that we couldn’t even eat after an hour long wait. The best the GM could do was refund me… Never ordering here again.
