Highly recommend this gem! We spotted this restaurant yesterday and decided to give it a try. So glad we did! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with friendly service and noticed the quaint and cozy ambiance of the restaurant. The menu boasts a variety of creative Latin dishes and a great selection of wine. We had the guacamole appetizer, beef skewers and for dessert the coconut flan. The guacamole is hands down the best I’ve had, the chimichurri on the skewers bursting with flavor and the texture of the flan is perfect. Everything was delicious, memorable, cooked to perfection, and left us longing for more! These chefs know how to combine flavors to make your culinary experience special. This is skilled cooking at its best. Chef Memo came to our table, introduced himself, and talked to us a bit. It was refreshing to hear about the passion he as for creating his dishes and serving his customers. What an astounding addition to the town of Isleton, CA. We cannot wait to return and try the other dishes offered on the menu. I’m certain our new go to restaurant will not disappoint!

Memo’s Cuisine is a sweet new restaurant to try. What a lovely little town and spot to rest from traveling. The restaurant is small and inviting. We received warm smiles and felt instantly welcome. It has an eclectic dinner menu with cuisine of a latin focus.
Savanah took our order and was very personable and helpful with our choices. I appreciated her natural and honest serving style. We did in fact receive service from the entire front of the house, feeling doted on by everyone.
We began with beer and sangria in a sultry glass. My husband ordered the airline chicken with peanut salsa. The peanut flavor blended beautifully with the dish though we thought the chicken was a tad overdone. I ordered the beef skewers with chimichurri. The chimichurri is on top of the steak. The dish was delicious and I was happy with my choice. Dishes were served with rice and choice of beans on the side. They are made to order. We started with the caesar salad that Savanah recommended because of its authentic dressing. Fresh, tasty, and satisfying, just as she said!
We finished with flan that had a red berry coulis sauce on top with a touch of whipped cream. At the end of the meal, the chef came out for a table visit. Memo’s cuisine are dishes close to Chef Memo’s heart and you cannot go wrong by going a short distance from the beaten track for a bite to eat. It is a place as if you are friends being welcomed into their home for a nice hot meal. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We will return!

Memo’s was fantastic. Food was incredible, so full of flavor! If you like spice, highly recommend their habanero salsa. Staff was so kind and were so friendly with our baby. Atmosphere was warm and felt truly cared for.

These folks have considerable restaurant experience and found this place and took the time to renovate and create a great ambiance for their dishes. My tilapia was served perfectly hot and tasty. I liked everything about the experience! I actually texted recommendations to several friends right from the restaurant. I’ll definitely be back! Both Memo and Jorge (the joint owners) visited the table and were personable and kind. Great place in a quaint and pleasant setting.

The street tacos were great breakfast mini courses, well seasoned,fresh, flavorful. The shrimp burrito was seasoned, sauced, and delicious! Look forward to sampling other fresh selections. Tried the ceviche at soft opening, and concur with other positive reviews!

I went there and had the shrimp,Spicy, delicious. My daughter had the chimechure beef skewers very well seasoned and delicious, my wife had the pork chop very soft and juicy, for dessert we had the coconut flan. Everything was excellent, we will be back ,thanks for a delicious lunch.

We had a great dinner. Husband had the Tilapia and I had the Beef skewers. Both entrees came with your choice of rice or fresh vegetables. We both had the vegetables and they were perfectly cooked. We also had our choice of pinto beans or black beans and corn or flour tortillas. We ordered the guacamole with chips and sangria to start. Both were excellent! The owner and chef came out to talk to us – really nice people and the server Hannah was great. We will definitely be going back!

The food was fresh and the taste is on point. We ordered the Guacamole appetizer, it comes with some plantain chips which are next level, the habanero salsa is a good complement to the dish if you need some spice. The chile con queso is tasty. The ribs pulled from the bone and balanced well with the BBQ sauce, the crunch of the coleslaw goes well with the ribs. . I ordered the vegetables for my side and they were cooked perfectly with a soft crunch. The quality is shown in the food and is a refreshing welcome. Order the flan with a espresso to finish off your meal.

Stopped in for lunch while out doing a day drive with my wife and a friend. What a great place. Food was delicious, atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, and the service was over the top. Jorge and Memo and their staff definitely wanted you to enjoy what they have to offer. We definitely recommend Memos Cuisine.
