Let me tell you how many Starbucks I’ve visited all over the world for the past 20 years… I’ve spent several Honda civics in coffee.. and spoken to and interacted with stadium full of baristas green bibbed and black bibbed ones of all ages and experiences.
Liz… from this store.. is the best one.. I’ve.. ever.. had…. I regret not telling her in the moment but it was so busy on a Sunday morning and she was killing it, and helping the others.. but I ordered my normal venti americano light water heavy cream, and she made sure all the things.. that it wasn’t going to get filled up to the top with heave cream.. and that I just wanted it a little stronger.. it’s the little things like that, that make our experience better, quicker and saved the company money by not making another drink and wasting the cream.. not to mention..
She was so personable.. I will be contacting corporate to reach out to her for corporate training ideas. If not take over the whole program she’s that good..

Staff is not very friendly. No one greeted anyone as they walked in. Nichole took our order and was kind of rude. She showed no enthusiasm and was judgmental when I was trying to ask for a specific drink but couldn’t remember the name of it.

Solid (as expected) Starbucks coffee with friendly service. The inside decor is a little more minimal than most locations, but still a good amount of room for seating. Would like to have seen them add a wood accent wall or some sort of additional decorative feature(s) to make the inside feel more high end and less generic for a Starbucks. The service bar is very deep which makes the serving process a little cumbersome for the staff and customers. Other than the decor and serving bar suggestions, this is a nice coffee shop to hang out and or work from.

i go to this starbucks almost every day, and i have not once had a bad experience. the baristas are some of the most friendly staff i have ever met at any starbucks! the drinks are consistently the same quality, which is always extremely good. they do an excellent job of making you feel at home!

I was just in heaven. I’m not a big fan of the pumpkin drinks or regular coffee , but when it comes to the pumpkin spice, desserts, and the Frappuccino’s that aren’t pumpkin themed ,I cannot get enough. I would totally recommend place to anyone who has a coffee addiction like me.

I come to this starbucks at levis quite often and it usually is fine, but the past 2 times i have went my order was wrong. First i ordered a pink drink with light ice and no strawberries but got extra ice, the second time i asked for a strawberry açaí refresher with light ice and no strawberries and there was strawberries. Not mad just annoyed my orders have been wrong.

Not the same experience is a corporate Starbucks. I’m not sure why, but for some reason, we thought we would try the one inside Kroger. It’s not bad. Just inconvenient. I think we’ll just keep going to the corporate stores, and not this franchise.We don’t even shop at Kroger.
