For some reason the older male, I assume mgr, always has a short, flippant attitude, like you’re bothering him if you ask anything. This morning charged me for extralarge, original blend coffee and gave me a large. I didn’t notice until I got to work. He handed me my sandwich and some napkins in my hand. I asked for some cream and sugar, he put it in bag and said “here you go”. Not the first time, I hate to hear his voice on speaker, never good vibes. Oh well, I just won’t go to that location. Cassady Ave is a lot better! So is Seltzer Rd. I go there because easy access to 270, but forget it. I don’t need attitude at 600am!

I was meeting an out-of-town friend here or I would have left. The app wouldn’t let me order a hot tea before going inside and once I went inside I waited almost 10 minutes before I was acknowledged even while I was trying to get the lady’s attention. There was nobody in the store or in the drive through. She was walking around, on her phone, etc. I guess she was from another store. The person from this location was in the back and when the lady asked her what kind of tea bags and where they were located, the store employee didn’t understand. Thankfully we were able to use phones to translate however this is a coffee shop and I paid $3plus dollars for a tea and was greatly disappointed in the service received. I’m happy to support the business but I am a paying customer and would like to actually have some kind of appropriate customer service!

A less than acceptable experience. All 3 sandwiches were terrible; dry bread (bagel, biscuit, and muffin), cold eggs, unmelted cheese, and sloppy put together. Hashbrown was harder than a rock. The Pumpkin Spice latte tasted like cough syrup. I had to ask 3 separate times to get the donuts and TimBits we had ordered. But at least the tables were clean.

The manager literally got mad because I doubled check my order and told me that I don’t have to be a customer there. 95% of the time they hand you wrong or short order and they get mad if you double check. Why is corporate sleeping??

Tim Hortons cannot toast a bagel if their lives depended on it. Clearly it doesn’t matter which location or state, Buffalo and Columbus both fail. And if you ask them to run it through their toaster twice, it will come out burnt. Staff was very friendly and this location had extra touches of hockey which was great. But the coffee wasn’t up to snuff.

We went through at lunch time on a Thursday. The line moved quickly and the lady over the intercome was polite and easy to understand. Our sandwich was not right so it had to be remade but the great service from all the employees made up for that. The customer service made the experience and we drive away smiling!

I would’ve loved to have gotten something from here, but the lady didn’t understand what I was saying, and apparently couldn’t understand English very well. I asked for Tim bits about 12 different times and then when trying to order an amount, she looked confused.

This Tim Hortons location is extremely inconsistent. I have had a few visits where I’ve gotten quick service, hot food, and well made coffee. But more often I get cold food and coffee that isn’t even close to how I order it. At this point I will drive out of my way to go to a different location because it isn’t worth the gamble. Today, I ordered a small iced coffee with one cream and one sugar. This is what I got… a cup of cream and ice cubes with a splash of coffee, which tastes awful and I will likely throw away. They also rang it out incorrectly and charged my card twice (one for food, once for coffee, which I ordered together).

Okay at first they took forever to take my order I mean 8 minutes but at 11 am I got the freshest Tim bits of my life I asked for 20 they gave me 40 for no reason bless and food came out fast but no variety all chocolate and creme
