Panda cub meal with honey walnut shrimp, for a dollar up charge you can get 3.5 pieces of shrimp. I asked about it and the lady said four pieces is the normal amount, I obviously wouldn’t have ordered that if I knew you get half a portion size. Could not replace the meal w a different meat either.

Purchased the Kung Pow Chicken bowl and it was full to the top with rice and just a little bit of Kung Pow Chicken. I paid nine dollars for a bowl of rice and a topping. Do not waste your time or money. Should’ve went to Great Peking restaurant in Arnold Mo instead. They have fantastic food. And their portions are perfect. As you can tell by the photos below, the entrée portion (kung pow chicken) is much smaller than the side portion (White rice)

I am beyond disappointed with how tonight went with my food. In my receipt you can see that I got honey chicken and teriyaki chicken. However; you can see in my box that there is no teriyaki chicken. Well that’s because 10 minutes after my order in the app said it was completed it was not. They said that they had to wait for more teriyaki chicken. Okay fine no problem. The problem was that wasn’t the problem. The problem was that when I got my food it was raw and pink. I went back in the line and told the manager it was still raw. He said he was sorry and that he checked it before it went out. Do he did not he was taking trash out with the new girl. Don’t like to me. Then he proceeded to ask me if I wanted the container that had the raw chicken. No thank I do not want the container of raw chicken. Looking back I wish I would have taken it so that I could post that picture.

I’m rounding up to get to 4, as I hate to give a 3. I had never been here before and felt a bit out of sorts when it was my turn to order as I didn’t truly know the process or the lingo. Plus my initial selection wasn’t available, so then I had to pick something else on the fly.

The cashier may have been having a bad day as she wasn’t interested in greeting or thanking me – just confirm my order and process the payment.

Food wasn’t bad; it was hot and fresh. Just wish the other bits were more pleasant.

Food quality is less than mediocre. In fact, I would not feed this garbage to a homeless person. They don’t even wear gloves when handing the food (gross). Got 5 minutes down the road with what should have been hot food but it was barely luke warm. I bit into my orange chicken and it was so dry you couldn’t even chew it. The teriyaki chicken really isn’t teriyaki chicken if I have to put my own teriyaki sauce on it. Then when I called to speak with the manager (Walter) he was rude and would not let me get a word in edge wise about my dissatisfaction until I told him to be quiet and actually listen rather than being an arrogant fool. Once he listened to what I had to say, his response was “so you think you have food poisoning”. Buddy that is not what I said, you said that. I asked for a refund and he told me I had to come to the store. I came to the store after work and met with Walter who once again wanted to play the “food poisoning” card. Those words never came from my mouth and I told him once again that I was not claiming that. I was not a doctor and only a doctor can diagnose that but since you’re ready to clam that, is there something the patrons that have eaten here should know about? It definitely makes a person wonder. I can say without a doubt I will NEVER eat at another Panda Express ever again!

I went in on 8/26/2025 approximately 3:30pm. I requested fresh string bean chicken because it looked old. The line person , April , asked the cook to make fresh and he said he would get in trouble and no. I spoke and said they would lose a customer so April told him to do it. A slow time in the middle of the afternoon you need all the customers you can get. I really appreciate April for standing up to get a happy customer. More businesses should have employees that care about thier customers the way April did for me and my wife. Thank you April !!!!!!!!

So I order an entree at premium price and ya boy is smiling at me at the drive thru. I guess you think it’s cute to barely give me any food for those prices. I usually get my entire bowl filled up. I ordered crab Rangoon’s and got egg rolls even though there was a label put on the wrapper itself that says crab Rangoon. Some beef would’ve been nice with my broccoli and beef, pretty much nothing but broccoli.
