The whole menu is vegetarian and everything we ordered was amazing. My favorite was the paneer tawa paratha. The flavor was insanely delicious, and I appreciated that the masala wasn’t very greasy. We also got the pani puri and the sev papdi, and I liked the sev papdi a little more. Everything was great and very reasonably priced. I also really enjoyed that they serve the food on paper plates, making it more environmentally friendly to eat. I highly recommend for those wanting a hearty and well priced meal!

Authentic North Indian food with great taste and generous portions ( esp. the paneer paratha). We had ordered Dahi poori ( was mouth watering), Chola poori, sabudana vada ( the chutneys were really good) and paneer paratha and lassi. They have covered outdoor seating.

Hands down, this is the best place in Austin for paratha, and that’s not an exaggeration. If you’re craving authentic, hearty Indian street-style food, this food truck absolutely delivers.

We ordered the aloo paratha and gobhi paratha, and both were outstanding. The parathas are huge, generously stuffed, and cooked perfectly—crispy on the outside, soft inside, and packed with flavor. You can tell they don’t skimp on the filling. Every bite was rich, comforting, and genuinely delicious. Each paratha comes with chola, raita, achaar, and onions, which really completes the experience. The chola deserves special mention—it’s easily the best you can get in Austin. Well-spiced, balanced, and cooked just right, not overly oily or bland.

We also tried a few chaat items. The raj kachori was decent but not the highlight for me—probably a 2 out of 5 compared to the rest of the menu. On the other hand, the sabudana vada was very good: crisp on the outside, soft inside, and paired with an excellent chutney that really elevated the dish.

The seating area is cozy and comfortable, which is a nice bonus for a food truck setup. It feels welcoming rather than rushed. The chai was very good as well—strong, flavorful, and you can even get refills, which is rare and appreciated.

Overall, this place is a must-visit for paratha lovers. Great portions, authentic taste, and solid value. I’ll definitely be back. Also, pure vegetarian!!!

We had it in one of our friend’s party and it was so good. Really tasty!
After that I recently visited Paratha Rollers in Austin and had a great experience!
I tried the Gobi Paratha, Kulcha Chole, and Makki di Roti with Sarson da Saag, and everything was flavorful and satisfying.

Gobi Paratha was delicious, and I loved that they served extra chole on the side — such a nice touch that made the meal even better.

Chole Kulcha tasted authentic with a comforting, home-style flavor.

Makki di Roti & Sarson da Saag were outstanding—the saag had rich, traditional flavors and the roti was fresh and perfectly made.

Their tea was warm, balanced, and the perfect way to end the meal.

Really enjoyed the food and the attention to detail. I’d definitely visit again. Highly recommended!

Amazing Indian food. May be the best Indian food truck in Austin.

Lots of variety to choose from. Big menu with something for everyone’s taste buds.

Paratha to chaat to mango lassi.

Service is fast, polite and helpful.

Portions are decently big and sides good too!

Prices are very reasonable.

Parking is limited so can get full fast on weekend. Option of seating is available or a to-go order can be done too.

Definitely give it a try if you are in the area.

Highly recommend this place if you want delicious food and excellent service. I will definitely come back again!

We loved the food. Tried Chole batura, Dahi Puri and Irani Chai..they all tasted great! The seating area is nice too. Limited parking in the gas station area. Our food was served pretty quickly, we went in the afternoon. Do recommend to try if you are in the area.

We ordered the Rajasthani tawa paratha with gobi and tikhi mooli, along with makka roti and saag. Everything was made fresh and tasted excellent.

My parents were visiting from out of town, and the restaurant had just run out of chai. The woman at the counter went out of her way to give my father the last half cup at no charge, which was exactly what he needed for the drive home. It was a thoughtful gesture and very much appreciated.

I’ll definitely be returning regularly.

Paratha Rollers is the not the typical Indian food truck serving regular Indian fare and that’s their mojo. Serving Indian flat bread specialities stuffed with Indian cheese, potato, radish etc, and fried breads like Poori/Bhatura, they do it well. They have also have other varieties street snacks and rice dishes, all vegetarian food.

A great place to stop by for lunch or dinner or do a take out if you are by Research Boulevard prices are reasonable (remember making flatbreads takes effort and handmade). Would make a return trio for sure to try their street snacks and flatbreads as I got the fried bhatura for dine in and paneer biryani for take out. Portion was huge and generous pieces of paneer. Keep up the great work Paratha Rollers.
