Don’t know what half these complaints are about unless from the local competition mad about loss of business. We have been at least 8 times or more since opening and have sent others as well. Every single one of our orders has been fast, accurate, cooked perfect, and delicious. Service is excellent. Those we recommended to try it also loved it. I never liked Cook Out before and could not understand the hype until trying this location. Well done everyone. Keep up the good work. Definitely our favorite and you are appreciated more than you know!

I enjoy Cookouts food the reason I’m giving it a 3 star at this brand new location is not for food or service both of those were good, however this location is drive-thru or walk up only so no option to sit inside.
The location parking lot is small cars were double backed up to almost the order window, at the walk up window it is no awning making you stand in the elements on my visit it was 20 degrees with wind blowing at 30 mph burst.
I will continue to enjoy cookout but I will not visit any of these style stores in future again.

Everytime i get cookout, it’s so bad. The food is not good, and everyone is constantly rushing to get the food out. I’m very disappointed.

Their drive-through speaker is terrible, you practically have to scream at them to place an order. I’ve been to multiple places on Main Street and cookout is the only one that’s like this and then after repeating yourself 10 times the women inside seem rather stuck up, giving me and my friends weird looks and rolling their eyes. Wouldn’t be a bad place if they got better employees and fixed the speaker.
