I have always been a fan of Pizza Hut since I was a kid and I am 49 years old I ordered the 2 large one topping pizzas for 21.99 but I added extra cheese and extra sauce after taxes and tip my order was almost 45 dollars we did pickup we only live 5 minutes from the store I got there picked them up when I got home both pizza’s were ice cold not only was there no extra sauce or cheese there was hardly any sauce and very little cheese my whole family was starving so we ate it usually there’d be nothing left but we half a whole pizza left and threw the rest away this is 2 times from this Athens Texas location it’s been bad I’ll not be going back and I’ll tel everybody of my bad experience there

By far the worst pizza I’ve ever had. This pizza has no sauce, no cheese, and is 70% overall crust. There is generous pepperoni, but that’s because I paid for double pepperoni. The pizza was so light that when the girl handed me the pizza I knew it would be nothing. It weighed almost nothing. Where are the freakin’ ingredients??? The people working there have always been terrific, so I don’t want to take away from them. But, I’ll never buy another pizza from Pizza Hut. These are tough times with inflation (and , apparently shrinkflation) and people’s incomes not keeping up – this is my first pizza to buy in a long time outside of Digiorno’s (because it’s $19.00 for one of these versus $8 for the aforementioned brand), and I’m done. Im glad I tipped the workers $5. They are in the same boat as the rest of us. But, “The Hut,” rip people off more why don’t you. This is an insult. If it were up to me, you’d be out of business. I only have two stars because of the kind employees.

These tiny pizzas I ordered for my babies that met their quota on the “book-it” program were so excited when I brought them home their personal pan pizzas!! I didn’t get a chance to snap a photo of this perfectly prepared pie, however if you can imagine the most cheesiest sauciest little pizza … You got it!

Always our place of choice until today. Sign out front says 2 large single topping pizzas for $21.99. We ordered2 large pizzas and had jalapeños added to half of one pizza, which is normally a $2 up charge. Total cost was just under $34.00 and the pizza had very little topping and was WAY overcooked along with not being cut all the way through. Worst pizza we’ve ever gotten there. Most likely will not go there again.

Stopped in to have dinner waited to be seated like the sign says when the girl at the window noticed us eventually we were told to seat wherever. So we sat she came with the menus and took our drink orders left to get the drinks and let us decide she comes back to take the order which was 2 medium pizzas breadsticks. She goes to say they where out of medium okay fine I’ll just get large well turns out they are out of small all medium except thin and so I asked for the large hand tossed making sure with her that they did have that available she then had to go ask came back that they had a few. It’s a pizza place out of pizza dough in the middle of the week before 8pm. If they were out it should have been said before we got the drinks at the very least so we could decide to go elsewhere at that moment. But it’s just sad that they are regularly apparently out of dough and or forgetting the customers that are actually sitting in the lobby this isn’t my first issue but I was very hopeful. But sadly disappointed

The personal pizza my son got was unacceptable. I got a pepperoni with no cheese. Looks like there was no sauce either and was also burnt. He couldn’t even eat it. My family and I dined in, first they got his order wrong after waiting for 30 min already, then he had to snack on fries and wait for them to remake his order which took another 30 min. About time it was done we were all packing up to go so they went ahead and boxed it up for us. Let me just say I wish I looked at it before we left. Gbc is better
