Good mex…no frills here. Portions ate more than adequate. They make there own mild salsa, but options with more spice are bottled. The cleanliness could use some support. I would opt for food to go next time. The better news is I would come back. Lots of mex choices on the central coast. This one is not on the main drag but their prices reflect that…good value for money. They have a few standard mex beers on tap including Negra Modello.

We were very pleased with our experience at Pancho’s. They provided generous portions and the food was delicious. We had a combination plate with a cheese enchilada and a bean and cheese burrito with shredded chicken added. The chicken was so juicy! It was all good. We also had the chicken Chipotle plate, and the chicken was flavorful and had just the right amount of heat. We’re just visiting the area, so this was a great find!

Have been back several times since my first visit. Always good. Burritos are my favorite, my wife loves the taquitos. Both of us love the salsas and horchata.
Every time we return it is consistently good. They are patient with our kids. Awesome all around.

Very few Mexican restaurant are authentic this is one of the two in SLO that I have food. It’s kinda Downtown but by smart and final. Have a Happy Hour on beer every day after 3pm select beers bud, Coors light and another I can’t recall. Also the only Mexican restaurant to have a taco Tuesday and Saturday special. On Saturday it starts after 3pm. Have beer Happy Hour after 3 pm every day and other weekly specials. Highly recommend! Grilled chicken regular price but really good!

We were on our way to Nipomo California to see our daughter and my wife said she was hungry and found Pancho’s Mexican food on her maps app. So we pulled off for the freeway and found our way over there.
The waitress was a little sweetheart she was so nice and they did have diet Coke so we each got one and perused to the menu. We both were in the mood for breakfast so we got the breakfast burrito with ham. So the waitress brought out chips and salsa and our drinks and not long after that the chef brought out our burritos. Talk about good these things were just fantastic potatoes and cheese and eggs and ham it was just great I would definitely recommend coming here for breakfast or lunch they had a really nice menu.

We were visiting so we were looking for a Mexican restaurant. This place blew us away. I got a big burrito with shrimp and bell peppers. The veggies were cooked perfectly. The tomatillo sauce was amazing. My brother’s Super enchilada had lots of meat and good red sauce. We all left full and happy. Salsas were good. Guacamole was perfect. Our server was awesome. 10/10. Oh and the ladies restroom was cute and super clean!

Very cute spot. Stopped on our way out of town leaving pismo. Ordered a breakfast burrito with bacon. Possible it’s the best burrito I’ve had in years. They made it super fast, and there’s an early bird special making it less than advertised. 10/10. Would be back again next time we’re in town.

I had a craving for menudo and I was extremely flavorful and piping hot! (sorry I did not take a photo…i was starving ) My son requested breakfast fries instead of Asada fries so he had a pile of crispy fries, cut up breakfast sausages, scrambled eggs and cheese!! He said it was delicious…he only ate half. The others had chilaquiles, and a chorizo and eggs breakfast burrito. We were all more than completely satisfied and had leftovers. Service was prompt and friendly. Try it!!

Out of all the Mexican restaurants in SLO, this is a hidden gem! By far the best I’ve tasted and most authentic. The chilaquiles were perfect, well balanced with sauce and still crispy. Menudo had a great flavor. I look forward to coming back again.
