I have zero complaints about the customer service. The guys making my sandwich were super friendly and personable. However, what I do have a problem with is how little they fill their containers for potato salad. Tell me why I paid for a large potato salad that was only half full? The amount in the container is a small, at best. This has happened the last several times I have gone, so I assume this is a regular occurrence. Other locations fill the containers to the top, as they should. Last time, I ordered a large potato salad, and they were out, so they gave me two smalls instead, and they were both only half filled. Food is expensive and I don’t often buy any fast food. I expect to get what I pay for on the rare occasion I treat myself. Look, I understand trying to cut Costa where you’re able, but it’s wrong to charge the customer more for less food.

This is my favorite Port of Subs! Been coming to this location since 2008. The manager Robin is a very nice person and always very kind when I go. Would recommend this location to everyone. And the food is always top quality.

I’m from Cali and I’ve never heard of Port of Subs. I work in a small office and everyone makes a suggestion for lunch and it’s usually a sandwich . So I’ve had many different sandwiches. I have to say I love love love Port Of Subs. The staff was friendly and I was amazed that they cut your lunch meat and cheese while you order. Everything was fresh and vibrant the establishment was clean and parking was a breeze. The brownies were one of the best brownies I’ve had. I need one a Port of Sub near me:) Try this place you won’t be disappointed.
