We order delivery that cost over $60 and most of my order was wrong. My 3 meat light sauce pizza was dripping with extra sauce and both toasted sandwiches had no cheese on them. Went to the manager at domino’s and she tried to tell me the cheese was under the meat on the sandwiches when i showed her the pictures. It was not cause I looked. She would not do anything until I loaded my whole order up and bring it back to remake cause they were loosing to much money. I know why now, it needs new management. Just had the most excruciating experience with placing an order. Tried 4 or 5 times to order online and kept getting “Technical error. Please try again”. So, I called the local store to place my order and it felt like a technical support call, having to give all my info and the girl on the line saying, “Yes sir, please confirm” every 30 seconds. It turns out, the call had gone to their national number so, now they had top transfer me to my local store, but the order did not transfer over. I was now informed by the store that “our computers are down and we cannot take orders at this time”. I wasted 45 minutes, I’m still hungry and am going to drive to Arby’s. LOL You guys are absolutely terrible!

I always order multiple pizzas Accordingly for every person of my family. I made 2 orders to use 2 different coupons. 1st order was made quickly but the 2nd order took about 45 minutes. When everything was done and I was taking my food, the girl there said to check the receipt just to check if I had paid for the 1st order. Shame on that girl. Very bad service and always popcorn chicken size boneless wings. Very very bad

I placed an order at 11:19pm. The tracker only worked up to quality control. At 12:07 the tracker marked the order complete, but the food was never delivered. Tried the carryout insurance and it only offered 1 free pizza or a 20% off code, but I ordered a pizza and cheesy bread and since I never received anything, nothing short of a full refund is fair. Honestly that isn’t even enough when they lied about delivering the order once it was too late to call the store or order from somewhere else. I know no one even attempted delivery because I left a cash tip partially under the welcome mat and it was still there until 12:30 when I finally took it back inside.

Do NOT order from this location. The manager(at least she thought so) was so rude!!! She did not fix one of the pizzas correctly. Then when my husband returned to the store to show that the pizza we paid for was not correct, she became belligerent, confrontational, using profanity and eventually said don’t come back. Instead of admitting her mistake, she was very rude, ignorant , and unprofessional.This was the worst experience at this location. However, there are other pizza shops nearby so we can spend our money elsewhere.

This experience confirmed that Domino’s pizza is still nasty, stinks, and the cheese has a weird texture. This is my opinion on Domino’s as a franchise, not this particular location. This particular location, the staff greeted me warmly, got my pizza to me with no issues, and had no attitude with me at all. Domino’s pizza as a whole, definitely fired from my places to get food from list.
