I absolutely love this Subway and the people who run it. I get subway pretty often because I’m a tattoo artist and it’s good hot and cold (safe to wait in the fridge all day lol) and I often send my boyfriend up there to pick up order under the name Kayleigh. They do NOT give him that order unless he shows the order details on my phone. I respect and love that so much, they WILL protect your food. The sandwich is perfect every time and I don’t think they have ever messed up a sandwich or forgot items in the bag. I highly recommend choosing this location if you’re in northport or Tuscaloosa~ another good note it the lobby/ food making station is always clean and it smells amazing in there.

I ordered two foot longs chicken bacon ranches no vegetables and toasted simple right, I guess not cause they put tomatos lettuce and onions and didn’t toast my bread! But that’s not the worst part I got my food scale they only put a combined total of 50 grams of chicken that’s like 100 calories and like 10 grams of protein.. which that’s not a lot of chicken. ( I took veggies off before taking photo) edit: they also won’t answer my calls so I can ask for a refund!!!

I ordered 2 footlong subs which didn’t have the appropriate amount of meat on either (BMT – chicken bacon ranch) the chicken was spoiled. I tried calling several times and to no avail they didn’t answer but they will no longer get my business that’s borderline food poisoning. I will be contacting Subway’s corporate office tomorrow because they’re not abiding by Subway’s practices and is costing them customers. It says “EAT FRESH” and give the amount of meat designed for each sandwich.

Horrible service! I placed an order online and paid for it. When I arrived they would not give me my order until I gave them an order number. I gave them my name, showed them where I paid for it, showed them the progress strip on my phone- where they were still making my order – and even described my order to them but they still would not give me my order until I produced an order number. Luckily, I finally found an order number and received my order. Really?? Who goes around to Subway and steals people’s online orders? That was ridiculous! I will never do business here again. Had I not found the order number, they would not have given me my PAID FOR ORDER!

I ordered an online order, on the app. When I got to the store, they INSISTED that I give them an Order number, before they would give me my food. WHY?? The order had my NAME on it, and was already PAID FOR!!
Here’s the order # 2f7b256d-e8!!!! Who’s going to remember or know an order number like that?!? They were very very rude and refused to give me the food order that was in my name and already paid for! NEVER NEVER GO HERE!
The sandwich was mushy and the lettuce was wilted and yellow. Gross.

My food was actually delicious. I can’t remember the girls name but she deserves a raise. My problem is that when you tip the person that makes your sandwich on your card they do not receive the tip. They only receive the tip if you have cash…… Subway that’s wrong of you to take the employees tip. When they are working for them…..

I ordered supper and ask for two foot long tuna subs and one six inch subs on wheat for takeout, after asking for wraps and being told they were out. When I returned home and opened them they all had the wrong cheese, the least tuna I have ever seen and I ask for lite mayonnaise and the subs were dripping mayonnaise there was so much on them. Spinach was wilted and only two pieces on the subs. Paid $28.09 and had to throw them away. Could not understand employees working today. We eat at Subway on a regular basis and this was the worst experience at this Subway or any restaurant I have ever been to.

Awful place, dirty and unfriendly. Veggies were old and it looked like they tried to scam me on turkey on my sandwich. Other subway places are much better, just drive 5 minutes more instead of going here.

Got around $40 worth of food, then realized my one year old was out of water. Asked if I could get a cup of water for her and the old guy refused, telling me the green cups aren’t for water. I didn’t say anything about the green cups so I thought maybe he misunderstood me. I repeated that I just needed a cup of water for my child. He kept saying they didn’t have any cups for water and started talking about his boss counting cups. I told him I didn’t care about any of that, if he needed to ring up a soda for the cup, then charge me, but that I NEEDED a cup of water for my child. I absolutely remained polite despite being rather pissed yet somehow he still seemed to have an issue when he was ringing me up and I paid for it. Complete trash move. Food wasn’t very good either: not what it used to be. Both types of bread we got were stale at noon. Hadn’t been to a Subway in years and had a craving for it but likely won’t go back.
