After exploring this beautiful area, stop in for a fantastic lunch and treat yourself to their incredible grilled cheeses! We ordered The Vermonter—Cabot cheddar and muenster on sourdough—and The Baconator—Cabot cheddar, muenster, and bacon on sourdough. Both sandwiches came with house-made chips, which were equally delicious. A little pricey for grilled cheese, but these aren’t your average grilled cheeses! Each one is crafted to order with high-quality, generous ingredients that make it well worth it.

Great experience visiting Cheese Louise at the start of the Kanc. Both my husband and I are gluten free and so we had the baconator on gluten free bread with homemade chips, dipping sauce and a spindrift for me and a homemade lemonade for my husband. Everything tasted great and we had great service from Addie and Marissa. Glad we made it before it closed for the day

We pulled off the road because we thought the name is cute but the grilled cheese was absolutely delicious!!! Probably the best grilled cheese i’ve ever had and the place was spotless. Such nice atmosphere with all the beautiful potted plants and lovely CLEAN picnic tables. Marissa who works here couldn’t have been nicer. Would come back. Recommend to anybody driving along the Kancamagus.

Next 32 miles you won’t get food options.
Due to crowd factor I have ordered online 30 mins before the destination and it was superbly packed.
I ordered “The god mother ” it’s was good and has vegan options.
For kid ordered Mac and cheese with lemonade, it was good as well..
Service good as well..

So good! Always. Jazzy provided courteous, prompt, friendly service. The grilled cheese sandwiches were amazing. Highly recommend the monthly special (this month is a buffalo blue concoction that is amazing). The porky pine is consistently fun and tangy combination of flavors. Hint; get the maple lemonade. It’s fresh and refreshing.

Lily, the 20 something woman behind the counter, told me she loves her job and enjoys talking to travelers. She said the owners are only about 26 and 27 years old and they are very successful.

Awesome roadside lunch stop after touring the Kancamagus Hwy. Delicious grilled cheese sandwiches, chips, and lemonade. They even gave us a Lemonade refill as we left.
Felt kinda nostalgic sitting outside while having lunch.
