I completely understand the lobby being locked after a certain time but 8pm is absolutely ridiculous but I can order but I can order delivery or use the drive thru. I hardly doubt my semi will fit in the drive thru.. This is like the 3rd or 4th time the lobby has been locked THIS EARLY..

We stopped extra late night and the ice cream machine was still on so we only grabbed 2 Oreo Shakes and let me tell you what, that thing hit the spot, almost had to turn around for a second one but t-at would’ve been way to much dairy for one experience! And the guy taking the order and greeting at the window needed a raise because he made you feel like you was “First Class” my fiance has never heard “”Yes Ma’am” or “No Ma’am” that much in her life! Almost had to remind her where we lived when we was finished there!

Much like other Burger Kings I’ve been to. Newer updated version of Burger King than what I’m used to mainly because it’s in Kansas City Missouri and not in the town in Kansas I live in. Standard Burger King Hamburger and Cheeseburgers and the usual fair. Clean restaurant courteous staff food made the order tasted like Burger King and it was good I came back here the next day for lunch or dinner one of the two and also I grabbed a order to go when I left. Was open a lot longer than the Wendy’s next door to it. This place is open late so if you’re hungry for a quick hamburger to eat I would recommend this Burger King! This place is better than the Wendy’s next door for a quick bite to eat if you’re in the area I did a review on there the Wendy’s is nothing memorable. Not bad but not memorable this Burger King is the better of the two picks. So is the Taco Bell.

This review has nothing to do with any particular Burger King restaurant. This has to do with the BK mobile app. When I was ordering I could not leave off an ingredient that I did not want and I was allergic to but there was no option to do so. Then it forwarded me to an AI robot customer service that couldn’t understand my problem. I always thought customer service was a human being. It’s just my opinion, but I believe AI is going to be uncontrollable in the future. I think that was very poor customer service using a robot instead of a person and it would not even give me the option to talk to any human being. Burger King management needs to address this

It’s 6-26-22 I pulled into the drive thru at 11:37pm It’s now 11:45pm & not once have someone asked to take my order. I’ve said hello 3 or 4 times they’re open til 12am. This is ridiculous & it’s a car here. Y’all need to do better. If I could give no starsbat all I would, hire people that actually want to work.

This store has several signs stating the dining room is open until 10pm on Saturday. At 9pm The doors were locked,all the chairs were on the tables, except one table had 3 employees sitting there. They waved us off when we asked why the dining room was closed.

Ordered delivery and everything came hot to our door. Everything was cooked well. Fries were salted perfectly. Chicken was not overdone or dry. Mozzarella fries were gooey and warm. Delivery was prompt. We are now full and very happy. Thank you
