We went to eat at the buffet that we regularly frequent, and had a horrible experience. First the crab rangoons have hardly any filling in n then. So the tips ant the top are very hard bc of that I pick the hard tips off and just eat the bottom with the filling part. how I eat my food that is mine once it’s on the table is my business. first he came over there and told us that we should get small amounts of food to eat at a time so that it would not get cold and change the flavor. Then he came over and looked at our plate again and didn’t say anything and walked away. Then he walked over and told me I shouldn’t be taking the hard ends off of the Rangoon because it’s wasteful. I told him they are not full enough so I have to pull the hard ends off. They don’t make them right. Regardless of that once that food leaves the buffet and goes to the table it’s mine I’m paying for it right can eat it however I want. You don’t get to tell me how to eat it. because of that I did not leave a tip and as I walked out he told me I should’ve left a tip. I told him you do not get a tip when you harassed people while eating he did not say anything. He harassed us four times which is unacceptable. You don’t tell people how to eat their food.
Will not be going back.

My daughter and I used to eat here once a week.We frequent this place at least once a month.Sometimes more, however, after our experience dining in tonight, we will not be going back.
When someone goes to eat at a buffet, once the food is off the buffet table and onto the plate it is then that person’s food. They are going to pay for it. Therefore they should be able to eat it However, they see fit. We tear the pointy ends off of the crab Cheese rangoons and only eat the middles. There is very little filling in the rangoons and the tios are very hard, so we eat a lot of them but not 100 more like 2 dozen between three people. I fill my plate up with chicken and beef and more chicken and beef and noodles and I eat all of it. My daughter is 7, she sees something she wants. She puts it on the plate. Sometimes she eats all of it. Sometimes she doesn’t. She’s a kid.
Now that you have a picture of how we eat our food. I will tell you why our experience was not good.
At one point while we were sitting down, the man who u assume is the owner of the restaurant, comes and looms over us, stares at our plates doesn’t say anything and walks away. I finished the plate of food that I have, And then go to the buffet for some more. As I am trying to get more food on another plate, He ( the man/ owner) tells me “not to get so much food at a time on a plate; Only get a little bit at a time, Because it will get cold and change the flavor.”
I could understand this if I was piling plates up not eating the food and going back for more. But I generally eat all the food on my plate. Sparing the crumbs.
I don’t really think anything of it. I take my food and go back to the table. And we continue to eat and mind our own business, at which point the owner comes back to the table, and commences To tell my wife the way she is eating her rangoons.( tearing the pointy, crunchy bits off and only eating the middle) is “very wasteful, and we should not eat them like that no,no,no.”
Up until this point I was going to leave a tip. I always leave a tip whenever I eat out always and it is always at least 10% of the bill or more. If we have excellent service, I have left $25 tips before on a $20 tab. Because the service was so good. However, because of this, I did not leave a tip. We went and paid our $37.75. For our mediocre buffet food and as we are walking out the door he comes around and says, “my friend, my friend. You forgot to leave a tip.”
That’s when I tell him “your tip is not to come and tell people how to eat their food. Once it is on the table” i didn’t yell it or scream it. I said it matter factly, and as I’m saying this, my wife continues to tell him that it’s considered rude to come And bother people while they’re eating. If you are not performing the duties required of you to clear the table or serve drinks and we left.we will not be going back as I’ve mentioned before. My daughter and I or my wife daughter, and I, have gone in there. Over a 100 times and nothing has ever been said to us. We deal with the fact that sometimes the food is very good. A lot of times the food is mediocre, but we used to like going there because we could sit in the same spot and not be bothered.
I do not recommend this place to anyone simply because of what happened to us.It could definitely happen to you if he sees that you are being “wasteful” with food that you’re gonna pay for then He’s gonna say something.
And I really don’t think the crunchy ends off of a rangoon or a couple of leftover pieces of chicken on my daughter’s plate, or anything like that will be breaking that store.
I would also like to add However, that his wife and the servers are all very nice. And at one point I believe that his wife saw when he was over there Telling us how to eat our food she saw that it kind of peeved us off.She came over there and handed us our bill more napkins. And told us take your time abd was very nice. Was not other staff just him.
But the man who I assume owns or runs the restaurant was the perpetrator
Do not recommend.

I had a wonderful lunch with my son after his violin competition. The restaurant offers a vibrant and varied selection of dishes, including crispy fried shrimp, tender stir-fried beef with vegetables, soup, desserts, and others. The food was freshly prepared and we really enjoyed it.

Food usually sits out until cold or old. Then, new is just applied to it and mixed up. In a few months, we will go and see if any changes are made to improve dining in experience. They clean off the plate from the table quickly. Floors are clean and service area clean as well.

Food was good! Service not so much. We drove 4 hours and stopped to grab a bite to eat. Ordered $42 in food. Ask for a paper plate or container to eat out of. They charged us $2 for a sytafom plate. That’s not cool. You can charge for product, but not overcharge.
