Extremely disappointed and disgusted…. This McDonalds on Via Princessa has been by far the most professional with service and food quality for years but I was not happy with my food today as I found a long piece of hair when I opened my food, not to mention that they’re sloppy with the way they package their food items. I don’t expect fancy stuff from a fast food place but the bun not even on the filet and the cheese half off with a piece of hair was just…. I asked for a new filet sandwich and received it just as sloppy except there was no hair. I’d say that whoever is packing the food needs to wear their hair back and a hairnet because there’s no way you didn’t see that your hair was in the sandwich.

Stopped by the McDonald’s on Sierra Highway and had a pretty solid experience. The place was clean, the line moved quickly, and my order came out hot (always a win). Staff was friendly enough, and the fries were actually fresh this time, which doesn’t always happen.
Only reason it’s not a full five stars is that the drive-thru speaker was a little hard to hear, but overall it was a good stop. I’d definitely swing by again when I’m in the area.

Be careful using this McDonald’s. The place was dirty and the buns stale. I used the app to place an order and this McDonald’s forgot the double cheeseburger I ordered. I had to give up my meal to the family member that wanted the double cheeseburger. I shouldn’t have to double check my order that’s McDonald’s responsibility. I voted to pay the workers more and I pay extra for it. I deserve to get what I ordered and PAID for. I’m an amputee with no right foot. I had to get a ride for my McDonald’s fix. It’s not easy for me to go back. I ended up giving my food to the person that was kind enough to take me there. I don’t see McDonald’s ever being able to fix this problem. They need to make it up to the customer who paid and didn’t get what they paid for. Nobody likes paying for something and not getting it. It will be a long, long time before I visit a McDonald’s again if ever.

We have been here at least 4-5 times because this is the closest location to our place. Without doubt, they always get our order wrong. Whether it was the wrong sandwich or they forget all the sauces for chicken nuggets. This time they forgot half of our order. We always get drive through and it is difficult to check our order after since there is a line and we don’t want to hold it up. we always have to end up parking and going inside for them to correct our order. They are so careless and consistently making mistakes.

Manager wearing the pink shirt is extremely rude. My kids and I waited 20 min to receive our food after ordering on the screen. We kept asking her and she just ignored us like she didnt see us. 5 other customers were very angry also. Useless and worthless employees here. Food was cold when we finally received it.

I Love the Double Cheese burgers. I bought 6. Buy one get 2nd one for $1. $22. I was starving. 2 filled me up. I planned/gifted the other 3 to a grateful hungry favorite worker guy who’s always hungry at his job. We were both grateful to McDonald’s and to hear of the gift made me get service with a smile. How cute of her…..I also got a smile when I delivered his food with a bottle Cherry Coke out of the Coke machine.

Paper either from cheese or burger left on quarter pounder… nasty!

I should have known better because I stopped eating at McDonald’s years ago. Against my better judgement, I ordered 2, Quarter Pounder burgers only to receive both that were way oversalted and undercooked for the price of $16. It’s obvious that the cook should not be making burgers but management is also out to lunch at this place.
I don’t know how this food chain stays alive. I wouldn’t care if McDonald’s folded and just disappeared forever.
“I should have known better.”

Y’all good experience but the drive through can take a while and they rarely have macchiato.

Let’s be honest, sometimes you just need that quintessential McDonald’s soft-serve ice cream cone. It’s a simple pleasure, and they consistently deliver. On my recent visit, the cone was exactly as I remembered – that perfectly swirled, creamy vanilla goodness perched atop a crisp wafer cone.
It’s the kind of treat that brings back childhood memories, and for that alone, it deserves recognition. The price point is fantastic, making it an accessible indulgence any day of the week. Plus, you can usually grab one quickly, which is a definite bonus when you’re on the go.
The only reason I’m holding back that fifth star is the occasional inconsistency you can find at different locations. Sometimes the swirl isn’t quite as majestic, or the cone might be a little soft. But overall, for that reliably delicious and instantly recognizable ice cream cone, McDonald’s remains a solid choice. It’s a classic for a reason!
