We got the chorizo traditional tacos and pastor traditional tacos, respectively. Chorizo was great, lightly spicy (to my palette) amplified by the orange table sauce. Pastor was flavorful and soft, no excess fat hanging onto the pork. Tacos are in 2 lightly fried tortillas and they don’t fall apart when trying to eat.
They also have my favorite Jarritos, guava. Rare find.
Interior is cozy but not cramped.
Recommend if you enjoy authentic, well seasoned Mexican food.

Carnitas nachos were better than expected! Great local & accessible mexican spot. Most people get take out but there are a few small tables inside if you want to dine in and use the sauces

Just took my mother here for our first time. Mom is from Southern California and left there in the 80s. She was so happy that she finally found REAL Mexican food in NJ. She said it’s just as good as when she was a teenager in Cali. Well done and very polite, helpful woman at the counter. Mom will definitely be back and so will I. Portions are large also.

Food was great! Inexpensive and plentiful for the money. Service is slow but well worth the wait. You can dine in or take-out but the wait will be at least 20mins especially on a weekend evening. I have never tried anything on their pizza menu but the Mexican Cuisine is fantastic. Definitely give them a try!

Great food and good service. Everything was freshly made. Large portion sizes. All condiments and toppings were fresh. I especially like the cucumber and radish with the tacos. The Green sauce is amazing. Im not sure if the prices on the menu select actually restaurant prices. I ordered the Empanadas, in the menu they were 4.99 each and I was charged 10.00 for each one. I noticed no one was eating inside but plenty of people were getting take out orders!!
