When in town since we live on the Westside this is our go to Chinese food place. We like to go early to avoid crowds so service is pretty quick. Our waitress who I believe was tending to the opening of the place was preoccupied so had to request for our rice since the main dish was served, waited a bit for our won ton soup. Went here because they serve roast duck, roast pork , oyster sauce chicken and cake noodles. Ordered the oyster sauce chicken over cake noodles and sie yuk Chinese roast pork. I was not disappointed. Good portions. Good taste. Fast and friendly service. This place has been here since the 20th century. A mainstay of pearl highlands.

At least the food is hot. The Beef Broccoli Chow Mein might as well have been soup with how much was in the take out box. The noodles were flimsy and wet. The beef wasn’t fresh, very small, and tasteless. The Egg Flower Soup was just a mess – with peas in it no less. Portion sizes are large and the staff seem kind enough. Overall the quality of the food needs improvement for this small hole in the wall.

Food was fine, just the lady didn’t tell me it was an extra $2 for spare ribs. That was fine and all but she only gave me one set because it was the only one left, it’s like she was too lazy to replace the pan or she just thought she could take advantage of that $2 exclusiveness making the ribs seem special but i know for a fact the meat I got should’ve been more ESPECIALLY if I’m paying extra cause it was like two bones patched to eachother.

The best place to eat in the food court it occupies. Consistently good food. Love the noodle soups. Lunch plates are a great deal. They don’t have brown rice or a vegetable side option like panda, but the entree choices are superior. Ask for chili sauce to spice up your plate. Minute chicken, pot roast pork and sweet sour spareribs are my go-to.
