Every time I come here my order is incorrect either the pizza isn’t cutt at all or the pizza is burnt and at first I gave you guys five stars no I really take that back now since Ayden today was very disappointing he wasn’t try to hear me out or anything. Or he wasn’t trying to replace the orders that was wrong. I was highly tired and fresh off work I told them that same day they didn’t do anything but apologize so I can back once I still purchased more food gave you guys my service……. And stil nothing the customer service is so weak. And he is taking his attitude on me because he’s the only one working by himself I just got off work I’m not the one that made you upset. I’m highly disappointed and very discouraged because you guys wear near and now I have to actually find a closer location besides the one near sagamore. Thanks for nothing Ayden you really help my bad I mean that in the none nicest way as possible. I love pizza and I pay for it sometimes tip. So yes I am upset. Thanks for the burnt pizzas or the uncut pizzas or even the bad service of you provided.

Purchased 3 medium pizzas and buffalo wings… Pizzas- great…. Wings- crappie… They gave us plain wings with a dash of sauce on one side. My husband added hot sauce to them to the worst ones to make them more edible. Why should we have to spruce up our food that we literally paid good money for. This is ridiculous

The store on 38 has always done a great job for me. I always order delivery. Love the app and the tracker. My orders have always been correct with no issues. Any time it has taken them longer than originally expected, they have given me a free pizza without me asking. That has been just a few times in the many years I’ve ordered from Dominos. Excellent store and service.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND PIZZA
We ordered Domino’s and for over 45 minutes the tracker showed 8 minutes away. I called the store and once again, 8 minutes away. Okay, fine. I call back and apparently it had been delivered without notice. Tracker still showing the 8 minutes. It was only after I requested a refund did they actually check what the heck was going on.
The food was cold, gross, and inedible.
You win Domino’s. My boyfriend won’t order from his side of town and now I won’t order from mine. There is other pizza in Lafayette, thankfully.

Bought 2 bottles of soda, opened 1 and it was disgusting. Tried to ask for a refund but the woman at the counter refused and stated “We’re not responsible for the vendors”. Sorry but you are responsible for EVERY product you sell. If I had a food issue I would expect a refund and the soda you sell is not excluded from your responsibility. Food was fair, not up to normal dominos standards.

My husband tried placing an online delivery order and after placing it the order was canceled. So I called around to find out why and the guy who answered the phone told me, oh thats because we had no mushrooms. I said, oh..OK then make it a cheese and then silence. Silence for a very long period of time and finally he said, hello and I responded with the same thing. Then we can try a cheese. Silence again.. then he proceeds to say, uhhh…its already been canceled. It was incredibly disappointing. They weren’t willing to even try. Canceled our order because they were missing a topping and we’re no help fixing the problem, we had an over 90 dollar order and a 15 dollar tip to the driver.

Manager was extremely rude. Called inquiring about why my order was cancelled and if I would receive a refund. She began yelling at me and cussing at me before hanging up on me. I called again and spoke to a very kind gentleman who was able to answer my questions. Then Autumn got back on the phone and refused to give me corporate’s phone number. Her boss Jimmy really needs to do some crucial conversation training with the people he hires as managers so they know how to not talk to their customers.
Considering I order from this location on average every 2 weeks or so I will for now be taking my business elsewhere.

We ordered 32 wings to go with other fresh veggies etc. they were just devoured. Everyone loved them except the 8 year old. HIS loss, more for the adults. 38 is a great unit. We’re from out of town, close to everything we usually do here. Fun staff, nice and friendly too. Saved to my phone. Domino’s 38
