I come here every day. Might as well give this amazing team a shout out! Ive been coming here for years and always get amazing service. As someone who grew up in Buffalo, this place has the best location. Fast service, friendly faces and always get my order right. They have great breakfast wraps, ice tea and coffee! Its not bad. Basically expect what you get from a franchised coffee shop. A plus was that i received burnt coffee on my lunch break the day before, the next day, I brought my coffee and receipt and received a new one without trouble

Getting attitude for ordering 1 coffee because it was a little busy and “they keep coming” the cashier was throwing them selves around complaining, sighing at me and leaning on things looking at me to make the comments right in my face. 9/10 times coffee is burnt, bitter, molten hot, missing all the sugar, or cream with coffee in it. I have to go to a second location every time just to have drinkable coffee.

When I called the store to handle it, all the MOD offered was a remake.
She admitted she knew who likely made it and excused it as a new employee even though this was obviously done with malice.
I don’t understand why. I’m nice until I’m provoked and even then I try to stay assertive not aggressive. And the day that I came though/received this this wasn’t any animosity through the transaction at all.

I am so disappointed in this Tim Hortons. The last few times that I hav ordered from them, they do not get my order correct through Grubhub. It is very frustrating to have to keep asking for refunds from Grubhub because they are not checking my order correctly. Please try and do better!

I asked for two chipotle chicken wraps and the lady at the window told me she only had enough chicken for one chipotle chicken wrap and I would have to wait 3 minutes if I wanted two. I told her I was fine with waiting. I parked and waited about 10-15 minutes no one came out. So I went inside and my food was sitting on the counter and she handed it to me and I left. When I went to eat my chipotle chicken wrap I realized there was NO chicken in it at all. Only one of our chipotle wraps had chicken in them. I will not be returning to this Tim hortons.

The quality at this location has gone down hill. I have been ordering here for years, multiple times a week. I have started going less and less because each time the coffee is terrible. I order a large ice coffee with one cream and one sugar. I receive coffee that is almost the color of milk. No taste of coffee. Tastes like water and milk. Very disappointed.
