This Subway on killian never disappoints me. The sandwiches were fresh, the bread was soft, and do not get me started on my fav cookiesss , everything was made exactly how I asked. The staff was friendly, quick, and actually cared about getting the order right. The place was clean, the service was smooth, and the food tasted great. Definitely a reliable spot, trust I’ll be coming back very soon!

This is the only sub place I go to! Even if I visit during the lunch rush, it’s never irritatingly busy because the staff handles the rush like it’s a walk in the park! I’ve never had a bad experience here— the food is fresh and the service is always spot on. Easily the best Subway I’ve been to. They also make sure I get what I ask for (other Subways’ pickles usually taste sour and soft but I haven’t had an issue here, so I always ask for extra pickles). Please keep up the great vibes and great subs!

I’ll start by saying this is usually my favorite Subway near me, however, not at night when ordering it thru delivery service. This has happened several other times and tonight has been the last straw! I ordered a 12” turkey w/American cheese, add bacon, along with my choice of veggies. I also ordered (4) cookies and chips. What I received is totally different. Lazy? Out of ingredients? No attention to detail? I don’t know. But my sandwich had barely any turkey, like the least I have ever seen before. No cheese at all. No bacon that I paid extra for. No pickles. No banana peppers and I’m nearly positive it didn’t have the oil and vinegar and if it did, they must have put a mist of it on there. The bread tasted dry and stale as well. I was also missing 2 of my cookies. I ordered 4 and got 2 of the ones I chose and 1 that I didn’t. They came all broken up, missing pieces and looked like my 2yr old was previously handling them or something. Maybe the driver? Idk but the trash they went!! My chips were missing too. This was $23 in food from the restaurant not including fee’s and tip to 3rd party. I contacted the delivery company, however, they didn’t want to make it right this time due to having to help me out the last time I ordered from here. This was hands down the worst experience from this location though, as I didn’t even receive what I requested and paid for!! Waste of money and I will no longer be using this location for 3rd party delivery, as the workers just don’t care. They prepare and give you what they want, not understanding the customer is paying for this. Poor night management. I technically deserve a refund for this mess. Maybe the owner will make it right, or maybe not. But hopefully something is done as this isn’t right….

This is my favorite spot to get subs! They’re always fresh even throughout the day. I always get my sweet onion teriyaki with EXTRA onions. I came in there one day ( and mind you I’m picky) and there was a young lady I believe by the name Morgan. When I come by after work I see her working diligently to accommodate me and the other customers at hand. Their hospitality was great and this will forever be my subway home!

This was by far my favorite subway because they got my order right. They were so nice and courteous. The young girl I think her name was savanna was so polite to me and my friend. She gave me a yummy sandwich and was so polite. She convinced me to get a bag of chips and cookie I was happy and stuffed.

Recommend note: Please remove the phone number from website and google maps, because according to your staff you all do not have phone for potential customers to use. I found out this information out by coming to the store after calling over 4 times using the numbers listed on the store door and on the website/google maps. It was very upsetting and almost went to another sub place.
