Would not recommend. The Sandwich was a total joke, small paper thin rubbery filet on a super soggy bun. The fries were not crispy despite eating them fresh. The tenders were the only good thing. Mainly, I’m not a fan of the seasoning they use on everything. It’s a spice blend that mainly has paprika but it ends up being overall salty as there is no sugar in the spice blend to balance out the saltiness. Overall disappointing, there are much better chicken fast food joints, and this is even more disappointing given that they specialize in chicken.

Ordered curbside pickup and it looked like others going through drive thru were getting their food faster. After 20 (+) minutes we were thinking there’s no way it can be taking this long so went back through the drive thru and sure enough our food was just sitting on the counter and no one said anything.

Zaxby’s isn’t bad but it’s nothing waha. We got the chicken fingers and loaded Parmesan fries with marinara. Chicken was cooked perfectly but there isn’t much taste to the breading. The fries had to much marinara or was to strong. The service was amazing though and the restaurant is cute.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Zaxby’s. When we walked in, the employee working the counter (Cannon) was on his phone and ignored us for about 10 minutes before even acknowledging us or taking our order. During our time there, he gave my family and me dirty looks and made comments under his breath that came across as name-calling.
This behavior was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. Customer service like this reflects poorly on the restaurant, and I hope management addresses it so future customers don’t experience the same thing.

Staff was friendly. This is a newer location so it was updated styling. The food portions of coleslaw and fries on some plates was smaller than other locations. Food was chain quality. The men’s restroom is single occupancy only, which could be a challenge during peak times.

Today i went through the drive thru around 5PM and received the best customer service. She was very patient with me even when we were having hearing connections while ordering my food. When I got to the window, I legit receive my food in less than two minutes of sitting there. The past few times I have been to food places they tell me to pull up and wait about 10 minutes. My food was amazing. It was so fresh and my fries were seasoned to perfection. Rocky was the general manager I talked to on the phone at the time while expressing my enjoyment!!

We loved Zaxby’s since it came to the area. I have serious back issues and other autoimmune diseases. Yesterday we decided to dine in. We seated ourselves. I sat under an air vent and I’m freezing. We did move and everyone was happy yet I’m chilly.
When our order was called I saw the salad (happy)! I did purchase 2 dressings just in case. My son ordered tender strips and substituted two sides for all fries. The same for My Dear Husband only a smaller version. No salt, pepper, utensils, ketchup for all the French fries. The young lady who spoke to my son told him ketchup is 0.25 cents a piece. We didn’t have a problem with paying at all. We simply wanted to eat. My son went back up there and said I need to purchase much more for all of our fries. “Oh they’re free”. I was upset over our evening I couldn’t eat.

The slowest Zaxbys I’ve ever been to. They hire turtles for workers here. I ordered a shake and they took 19 mins to get through 2 customers. With 2 more in front of me. Had I known they would’ve took this long I would’ve went to the store and made the damn shake myself.

I dined in with my husband for the first time. I was enjoying my salad when a huge roach decided to run across the table. I almost spit my food out and ran towards the door. Just disgusting and traumatizing. Never again!
