At first I was hesitant to come in this place. But good thing I tried it. Food was excellent. The guy that serves is really nice. My daughter ordered udon, and it was amazing. I never liked udon, but this one, is really good. Chicken wings is really tasty and the bibimbop is fantastic. I love that the bibimbop is not too strong. I wish they will come to Vegas!

Bop & Roll is amazing!
I’ve been a few times and I always want to try new things but I keep going back to the Chicken Katsu and Gyoza. It’s worth the 45 minute drive and definitely needs to be on your radar.
Excellent portions sizes. The chicken is perfectly breaded paired with the right amount of rice and sides. The tempura shrimp is delicious and I often treat myself to it.
I awesome it’s the owners that work in the kitchen and they are extremely friendly and courteous throughout the experience. One of the best customer experiences I’ve had.
If you live in Scottsdale and haven’t been, you’re missing out!

So glad I stopped in here today. Hidden gem in north Phoenix/Scottsdale area tucked in the back of the complex next to the Harkins theater. Stopped in for the first time today and had their bulgogi bop – added the glass noodles. Definitely recommend. I’ll be back in soon to try their Korean style chicken wings!

I was here for the first time on 8/23/25 I ordered the beef bulgogi bop and my brother got the teryaki bop and we shared a side of fried gyoza. Food was really good, we liked the chopped cabbage and the portion size of all was great for the price.

First time here and definitely will go back! Tried 2 dishes. Both were flavorful and the portions are plentiful. Great service for take out too! Friendly staff. Can’t wait to go back and try more dishes. What we ate: glass noodle bowl and a chicken katsu dish.

We came in from out of town. My daughter loves Korean ramen dishes. Her expectations were completely satisfied. The food was so good, the place was clean and the staff was so nice. I will definitely be visiting again!

Great fried chicken! It was fresh, hot, and perfectly crispy. The restaurant has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and the fact that it’s family-owned makes the experience even better. The service was friendly and attentive.

We love it here! The food choices are great; the quality, and taste is very good! The service is really good. There is the kindest lady (might be owner) that treats you like a family member. Just the nicest, and a happy place to be! There is a cute patio on the side with a few tables. Note: this is a post from a couple years ago that I updated, and it’s still as excellent today.

Excellent little Asian fusion restaurant in north scottsdale. Food is good and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Had the KPOP Bulgari and the Kpop ramen. Enjoyed both. Will definitely be back.
