I ordered 1 wrap & smoothie combo and a fruit acui bowl on my way to work. After getting to work I checked my food to eat a bite and saw my wrap was made wrong. I put it away in the fridge and returned a little over 2 hours later with the food to have it remade. I was told since I didn’t came back immediately I couldn’t have my food remade or refunded. Apparently 2 hours is too long after picking up your order is too long. And when asked why the worker said it’s how his store does it. When asked for the corporate phone number he didn’t want to give it to me only wanted to eventually give me their stores phone number. The worker said his name is Austin and he was the manager and he would be the only employee working at the store over the next 3-4 days. So basically if I call the store he will be the only one I can talk to and he won’t be fixing my problem or have me talk to anyone else or his manager. This experience was so weird and rude on the worker Austin’s end. Not great service at all.

Those blenders at crazy broken! You should definitely invest in new ones to better your customer and workers experience. They are a distraction to the vibes. I’m taking to you Matt I planned to dine in but those blenders made it impossible for me to eat in peace. The customer service was amazing though the nice young lady was very fast and friendly. She apologized for the blender’s disturbance and wished me a good night.

My 1st time here, Brandon helped me to decide what to get, so he recommended the sunshine smoothie and I forgot the name of the bowl, but it has yogurt, chia seeds, blue berries, bananas, strawberries, oatmeal, and granola with a honey drizzel! SO DELICIOUS everything is so clean! The staff are friendly and courteous also, which is a plus!

I got a gift card from here and decided to use it today. I got one of my favorite smoothies, an Island Green with added strawberries and peanut butter, Austin prepared it and it was absolutely amazing. I also ordered the Santa Fe Chicken Quesadillas, made with plant based chicken. I typically don’t eat manufactured “meats”, I’m really weird about it, however I took a chance and it was not bad. I thoroughly enjoyed the Quesadillas.
The store was clean, again the staff was pleasant, and again everything was fresh and delicious. Thank you for a wonderful first experience at this location!

I asked Austin, the server, if he could add extra cane sugar to one of my drinks. He said there’d be a charge and I agreed, but then claimed the drinks were already made. That wasn’t true, he hadn’t even started blending them. The drinks were still sitting in the blender, and he was still adding ingredients while saying this to one of the drinks. There were no other orders and no one else there, so it’s not like he was busy. I passed another location to come here because I liked this one, but this turned out to be a disappointing and strange experience. I would normal say something at that moment but I was just baffled by this experience. The Mango Monsoon is my go to drink.

My issue is with how long it takes to get an order done that consists solely of
1 wrap
1 smoothie
With only my order and 1 other smoothie order on the screens they have.
Don’t get me wrong, the kids there are nice, very polite. But, it seems like sometimes they need a bit of pep in their step.
They probably need to understand that it’s fine to “smoke and joke.” But, do it when there’s not customers

I ordered this on DoorDash. I got a quesadilla and a peanut Butter smoothie best smoothie and quesadilla I’ve had in a while, hands-down! I will definitely be ordering from here a lot more often 10 out of 10. Very fair pricing.

I have been hearing so many great things about this place so when my sister invited me for lunch I had to go. I was highly impressed. They had a younger staff and they were all so pleasant. My food was fresh and I was amazed at the size of the smoothie. I will definitely be back.
