Came in today to grab a quick lunch before I went to the Dentist and I’m glad I did. Staff was very friendly suggesting something soft considering I was only using one side of my mouth. Got the chicken sub with no peppers it was fantastic. Mgr even gave me a free small drink and a coupon. Everything was delicious and resteraunt was clean. Thank you! I’ll be back with my employees once I heal up.

One of the best eateries I have been to. Jersey Mike’s always has their act together. No matter which one I go to the orders are always ready as soon as I get to the counter. I give them my name and they’re the order is. The employees are generally friendly and helpful. This company leaves all the other others in the dirt.

This is my favorite location I’ve visited! The staff are extremely kind & helpful & my order is always correct. It’s clear the staff here is very efficient, working well through extremely busy times.
My only quarrel is (& this has nothing to do with this specific store) the cups!!! I have dropped or almost dropped the cups so many times from how slippery they are. They don’t hold their shape very well either. Please, pass this along to corporate & thank you for all you do!!

I ordered two subs from this location on 2/22/24. This is the cleanest Jersey Mikes I have ever been in, and my sub was made perfect. Both subs were labeled and the customer service was great.

I hate to even write this but the service from one employee tonight was horrible! I go here every Wednesday to pick up dinner. Never once had a problem and the staff is always wonderful, but tonight some guy I’ve never seen before took a handful of pickles and just threw them on like he didn’t even care. One of the regular ladies was making it and he just stepped in and destroyed it. This is what it looked like when I unwrapped it – they’re not even inside the sandwich. So upset and disappointed but his behavior completely ruined me wanting to even go back.

I came for a day-off lunch. I walk in and a dude has a Palestinian/Hamas pin on his hat. You couldn’t miss the dude. 5’11”-6’ white male with hair down the back of his neck and a goatee. I grew up in the food industry, because of my dad. You don’t get involved in any politics. I’m pretty sure l wouldn’t want to go back there again.

I have eaten jersey mikes for as long as theyve been around wilmington, but unfortunately theyre losing me as a customer. The last 3 visits have proven their portion sizes continue to become smaller and smaller. Todays visit was a mini #9, that yielded 2 paper thin slices of cheese, turkey and roast beef, not 5 oz. of meat and cheese combined. I frequent because the sandwiches are good, but until the portion sizes catch up to the pricing, i wont be returning.

I’m sorry, but if you’re going to take the receipt and put that dirty paper on my bread, I’m going to request a refund. Gross. That machine is not sanitized for you to do this. Why? Got a refund due to this, plus not changing your gloves and handling different things when a customer behind me asked you to change them due to allergies. We don’t need extra germs on our food as it is.
