Had a great experience at Jollibee. The food was served hot and fresh, especially the Chickenjoy — crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The Jolly Spaghetti was sweet and cheesy, just the way I like it.
The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the place was clean and comfortable. Service was fast even during peak hours.
Definitely one of my go-to comfort food spots. Highly recommended for families and friends.

Had never heard of Jollibee before but it might be the best fest food fried chicken there is, and up there with the best fast food chains. Chicken was crispy, juicy and the pieces are a good size. Fries were crispy, could have been salted more but thats a personal preference. Gravy was really good too. Wasn’t expecting the cheese burger to be as good as it was, 2 well made smash patties with cheese, burger sauce, pickles and onion… perfect. Need to try the spaghetti next time to see what thats about.

Order was marked “ready for pickup” when it was clearly not.
I drove to this downtown location with no parking available, only to be told to wait another 10+ minutes. When I asked where I could park, staff said “I don’t know, just go wherever you want,” which is extremely irresponsible in a downtown area.
After waiting and returning, we were told again the order wasn’t ready. While we were waiting, another customer came in later and was served first. Our order was only started after we confronted staff again, which shows it had not been prepared at all despite being marked complete.
When I pointed out that orders should not be marked ready unless they actually are, staff argued instead of taking responsibility. Very unprofessional, dismissive, and unfair service. This reflects serious management and training issues.

First time trying Jollibee and I had a great experience. Good food and fast service. The spicy chicken definitely had a kick to it but the gravy tames it down a little bit.

Wanted to try this fast food spot for the chicken. We braved the LA traffic and ordered through the drive thru.
We got the cheeseburgers, chicken, pies, mashed potatoes, chicken tenders and the pineapple quencher.
Cheeseburgers looked small and sad but they are actually very tasty. The patty has succulent and delicious flavor.
The fried chicken was very crunchy but greasy and full of fat.
The mashed potatoes are delicious. I liked the gravy.
The Mango, pineapple put was crunchy and oozed juices. It hit the spot.
The Pineapple quencher drink was very tasty.

I was waiting to try this chicken! I ordered some REGULAR chicken and a couple of ube pies. The pie was HORRIBLE! It tasted like fried grease and I was SUPER upset about that. Could NOT enjoy it at al.
The chicken was CRUNCHY, hot and delicious AT FIRST! I purchased a bucket so I was enjoying and just eating away doing the happy dance, UNTIL I got to a piece and noticed how pink and slimy it was in the inside. I was so disgusted that I threw everything up! Bad EXPERIENCE for me!
ALL in all I’m not happy with my experience and I wouldn’t recommend them because of that.

Finally a Jolibee in downtown Los Angeles! Right across the street from Macy’s and Joey’s. A great spot and luckily they have a security guard too because it can get pretty sketchy around that sidewalk near the Train station stairs.
Ordered the Chicken Joy 2 piece with Palabok. Excellent flavor as expected and the fried chicken was awesome. If you’ve eaten at a Jolibee before they all pretty much taste the same.
This is the first Jolibee I’ve seen with a second floor with more seating. It was closed today but it’s a pretty big spot. Parking is hard, so be aware and there is no drive thru.

Palabok is no longer here, which was my favorite dish here but still a solid spot. Their regular cheeseburger kind of tasted like McDonald’s version but I still thought it wasn’t a good burger. It had its own distinct taste, that I enjoyed.
There’s less Filipino dishes, I don’t even think there was halo halo. I still love Jollibee but I’d consider this like a Jollibee Express, rather than a full.
