I haven’t been to Panera in a few years. I stopped going because you could barely see anything between the bread when you ordered a sandwich. But the bread and soup were still hanging in there at the time. I went February 2026. Holy CRAP is this place over. I had a roasted caprese sandwich. It was AWFUL. The bread was soggy and dripping from the dressing. The cheese was literally tasteless. I ate half and threw the rest away. The chips were definitely not expired but tasted off. Like they were stale or rancid? I also had a heart shaped cookie (I used to LOVE their shortbread cookies. They had a hint of lemon and a frosting that was absolute perfection! Now the cookies have no flavor and the frosting was like a cheap cupcake frosting. It was absolutely disgusting. Two bites and I threw that away too. I just saw a documentary on how Panera had turned around their menus and ingredients, etc. That’s a lot of bull. How are they even open? Who eats here? Everything was absolutely shameful.

I went through the drive through for a salad Fuji apple salad. They gave me the wrong salad the first time the second time they gave me an incorrect salad. They added cheese to it, but now I’m finding they also gave me the wrong salad dressing with the salad. When I finally got close to accurate salad, she didn’t want to give me the salad that I actually ordered. She wanted me to mix the extra items that she had already given me in order to make the salad that I wanted. I’ve been going to Panera for a really long time. I just felt that since I have been sitting in line, I should’ve gotten a complete salad. I shouldn’t have had to improvise. I shouldn’t have had to go looking for items and then in the end to find out that the extra salad dressing that I actually got was actually incorrect anyway. terrible service today. They were very apologetic, but terrible service I guess they got somebody new working in the line. Maybe they don’t know the salads I’m not sure. What is extremely frustrating to get home and not be satisfied with your meal.

Second time in a row this location has dropped the ball. Definitely not a bacon turkey Bravo, staff clearly stopped caring about customer service. Such a shame I used to come here all the time and never had issues until recently.

Peace y’all. So I went on my 30 min. lunch break to get a 1/2 toasted chicken frontega & 1/2 caesar with chicken salad. Now this is something I order all the time. My order came to 14.78 decent price. So when I get back to work to eat & unbagged & unweapped my food I was highly disappointed. I asked for xtra dressing not in the bag, I asked for an apple got baguette bread. Then I bite my sandwich it seems off. They had no tomatoes & there was no basil on my sandwich it was just cheese, meat & the spread they use. Taste good but it was plain & more bread than meat & the fillings.h The employee who handed me my food was very pleasant and the restaurant was clean B.U.T (born universal truth) I didn’t come for that cause I just picked my order up. What I would’ve like no loved was for my food to be made properly. So I’m sad & feel I should’ve made me a salad for all this. Shame on me & you Panera. Today I give them a sound 5/10. Gotta pay closer attention when making orders.
Signed,
The Queen #620

Too many team members singing, and standing around when there were dirty tables and dirty drink stations. Too many friends working together and not paying attention to two details of running a business. Clean dining room and attentive responsive service. I thought Macedonia would be better than that.

Just got my food less than half an hour ago, and I feel the moral obligation to write a review before I forget. There’s simply so many things wrong…
1. The “baguette” I received was actually a chunk of baguette that has been torn off from the whole baguette.
2. Pizza crust wasn’t properly cut even though some attempt was made, so I had to cut it myself, which I realized was actually sort of difficult because of problem 3.
3. Pizza crust was incredibly chewy for all three pizzas I ordered.
4. Containers holding salad dressing were inside the salad container, mingling with the salad. I’m not sure where these containers have been or who’s been touching them, but it’s safe to say some grime has probably accumulated on them over the course of however long they’ve been sitting.
5. Although the greek salad looks alright, the caesar salad looks like someone simply threw a handful of iceberg lettuce, some croutons, and those dirty dressing containers in there and labeled it a salad.
6. EXPENSIVE! Ended up being about 50 dollars for 3 small pizzas, 2 salads (one of those is definitely just lettuce and croutons), a sandwich about the size of a 6-inch sandwich from Subway, and best of all, a piece of baguette. I’d be happy to pay this amount for high-quality food, but even beyond the numerous problems I’ve listed, the food would only be upgraded from bad to mediocre.
I don’t remember the last time I’ve been to Panera until just now, so not sure if this is a problem just with this location, or with the company itself, but this experience has been bad enough that I’m not going to take any chances and won’t be going to Panera for at least the next few years. The reason I’m giving it 2 stars instead of 1 is because I save that for the worst experiences possible, such if a restaurant were to give me partially eaten food or something along the lines of that.

The coffee was old, and we did not get the correct cups that we ordered for our drinks.
Place was dirty and not well kept.

The food is usually good but I ordered the beef melt without cheese and there was still some cheese on it. It had been partially wiped off from the cheese.

Panera Bread is where my family has met for decades. Unfortunately, it’s become too darn expensive. I understand with the risong inflation, prices for food have increased drastically, but Panera is the highest pricrd in the market. Their desserts are delicious, but all other food dishes just aren’t worth the cost for the amounts of food they serve..
