I frequent this Little Caesars a lot because I work right next door. It’s not usually this bad it is definitely a busy location, and I’m almost always there during the dinner rush, so I expect things to be hectic. But they usually seem to flow. I don’t know if they were short-staffed because it was the holiday week or Vacations or what but the poor guy up front was doing his best by himself. It took much longer than it usually does to get my pizza and the pizza itself was almost burnt it was definitely not their normal quality food.

So I was today’s years old when I realized the menu was upgraded. I’m impressed. They’ve got options! We rarely eat out so I had no idea. Not the best photo but you get the picture. Only complaint is nothing was “hot- and ready” it probably best discard that slogan.

I ordered an Extra most best pepperoni pizza. It really exceeded my expectations. Not only was it ready rather quickly, it was made to perfection. Lots of pepperoni and tons of cheese, baked all the way through. Thanks to the team members that are obviously taking pride in their products. I would definitely recommend the Extramostbestest Pepperoni pizza to anyone visiting this location.

8/10/24 The manager/worker ERICA was very rude and nasty , she seemed very frustrated with the job but it’s doesn’t give you a right to take it out on any of the customers! I made two separate orders a pepperoni crazy puff and the second order was a crazy combo I received my crazy combo first and I asked the gentleman who took my order for the crazy combo how long would it be until I get my first order so he’s starts to look confused saying that don’t have a order for crazy puffs for me i then ask can he get ERICA because she is the one who took my order she didn’t give me a receipt either just walks away she comes to the front saying she didn’t take my order then says oh I thought you said crazy bread and walks away again ! I mean I did get an apology from the gentleman but Erica has to work more on her customer service skills VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Placed an online order at 645 and arrived around 7 to pick it up. One pizza, one order of pepperoni puffs, and a cookie dough brownie. We didn’t get our food for an hr all because “they didn’t have us in the system” from the online order. When they realized we weren’t in the system it took a solid 30 mins. New guy was a shift lead and they didn’t train him enough to even know how to make the pizzas. Poor dude seemed stressed and it wasn’t really his fault.
