The first time I had Noodles &Co, I was at a company meeting and they bought us lunch. I ordered the Cajun shrimp fettuccine with no bacon and it was great. Actually, it was a little greasy, but it was still flavorful, a little spicy and I counted 7 shrimp. I then ordered the same pasta, same no bacon except I substituted that for green onion. The green onion was excessive but I thought it was good enough. This was until I got to the bottom. That is this second photo you will see, there was a sticker in my food! I stopped eating. I called the restaurant and I let them know what the issue was. The young man assured me he would speak with his manager who would be in, in the morning. I then go in this morning, which is 12-7 to get this pasta remade, the first time was good and I’m habitual. It’s great because it’s on the way to somewhere I was already going and so I pick up the order. I didn’t check it because I thought me being in front of the people, after having said the order and the helpful manager on duty typed it up, so simple to follow…wouldn’t be an issue, I leave. I start eating. It’s a pile of noodles and sauce. There are no shrimp, well I found a PIECE of shrimp. It is pictured 3rd and so I go back. I call in again and I go back in again. I trust them yet at 3rd time, with this order, within 24 hours. I order pad Thai this time cause third time is a charm right, and I say extra peanuts. is this 4th photo extra peanuts or drowned in peanuts? Is this place a joke?

Walked in and was immediately greeted with a loud screeching alarm because the cooks didn’t want to turn off the food timers. The cashier was sweet and delightful. Got our fountain drinks while we waited, half the machine was out of order. Waited 20+ minutes for our food. When we got it, it was undercooked, barely warm and not enjoyable. We didn’t even finish our food as it was cold to the point the cheese in our dishes were not melted. The cooks don’t care about what they put out. Half the time they leave cooking food unattended. Will. NEVER be coming back to this horrible spot.

The gal Rae I think was her name- who took my order helped me choose out of all the delicious looking options on their menu. It really helped since it was my first time in. She also offered some tasty looking snacks like, rice crispy treats or a cookie. I bought the cookie! So good. Thank you!

5 employees working. 2 in the kitchen and 3 the front counter. I come in to place an order and they wouldn’t even take my order for 13 minutes. Kitchen staff member is acknowledging me with gestures that he realizes this is unacceptable. The 3 in front just ignore me. Only excuse I get was it’s been busy for 2 hours. 2 people can easily expedite food while the 3rd takes new orders.
Food is typically really good at this location. And normally I pre-order. But I should get good service even walking in.

Most of what I order e d for around $60.00 was good. The salad was amazing and so was the Korean beef. The chicken parm was gross and tasted like it c was frozen. Overall not c worth what I paid accept the salad but still to much for lettuce.

Love coming here. Big fan of all the dishes, portions are great for the price. I also really love that they have the original siracha, love adding it to my pasta.
As for service, everyone is always very kind and there isn’t usually a long wait.

I used to like this restaurant, but it has really gone downhill. I was shocked and disappointed. Prices have increased and the portion size is literally less than half of what it was before. I had a regular Pad Thai with shrimp, and there was practically no noodles. The little amount of food was drowning in sauce. The rest of my family’s meals weren’t much better.

Food was absolutely disgusting. We ordered some garlic Ramen crap, looked like instant noodles, no soup. Both our stomachs hurt after and we got.sick gf was by the toilet for 2 hrs. Avoid this place at all costs. These people know nothing about noodles. Pro tip if it ain’t made fresh on that day, it ain’t noodles worth buying, period.
