The workers are very nice but I get a headache EVERY time I come to this Dunkin. I have come to this location several times over the past few months since living in the area – my drink order is a small medium iced coffee with cream and they NEVER put any caramel. I just got my drink and I’m all pissed off again because I didn’t get what I paid for and I’m annoyed at myself for giving this place another shot. I rarely ever leave reviews but this is just ridiculous.

Was a really good experience, I ordered through the drive-through. It was super quick breezy no mistakes in my order friendly smile at the window. Excellent customer service had the drive-through.

I ordered a cappuccino but they gave me a Hot chocolate. I had similar experience with Donuts few times and they always fill a medium qty in to your large order. Stay away from this place and with the kind of service, they will ruin your mornings!!

They never have the vanilla cream filled donut no matter what time you go. I usually order for myself and they throw the donuts in the little bag and it gets all mushed up with frosting everywhere. The last time l went they even gave out stale donuts. The drive through is a convenience but the staff and product quality is terrible!

I just left this location where the cashier rang up my order before asking for my selection. She then had to charge me a second time because we chose something that was an extra cost. When we asked why would she take our payment, she rolled her eyes she Rudely took our money and did not thank us. Sad because usually they’ve been nice in the past.

I have been a customer for 3 years, I go pretty much everyday and get the same thing 2 large mocha ice coffees with half and half and not a lot of ice!!! Mustafa has gone out of his way to make sure our experience is perfect every time …he is professional and cares about his customers. He goes out of his way to make sure your order is right and that your experience is a great one so you come back..the girls are awesome and can’t say enough about them as well..thank you to all you guys !!!
