I wanted to express my appreciation for the exceptional service at Noodles and Company during my recent visit. I’ve been coming to this location for quite sometime. Although I’m usually loyal to the chicken Alfredo Montamore, I decided to try something different this time. Ovigio, my server, was incredibly patient and friendly while assisting me with my choice. His outstanding customer service truly stood out and made my experience enjoyable. Thank you for maintaining such high standards.

The atmosphere was good. The service was good. However, the food wasn’t that great. My noodles from the Penne Rose didn’t taste fully cooked. Tasted like they were suppose to be cooked longer. The meatballs tasted like frozen meatballs that were thawed and seasoned with bbq sauce.

My wife and I ordered to take out. The food was good, but the establishment should have been cleaner. Specific areas that need improvement was the cleanliness of the dining tables and the bathroom.

The food and customer service were good. However, when we arrived home one of the dishes we ordered was missing. We called and were given a credit to use for our next visit, which we used with ease.

This is the third time, I’ve ordered extra chicken and have to go back because they neglected to put it on my food. on todays order, I asked for a side of pesto, paid for extra chicken and said no mushrooms.. I pick my food up, I asked where my extra chicken which I paid for was, I was given an attitude, which was annoying and to make it worse I get home thinking I’m going to indulge and as I go to mix my food.. MUSHROOMS- I’m allergic and live 30 minutes from the location to drive back and as we see there is NO spinach which I requested. $17+ to not indulge in my meal. Unacceptable.

Guess they don’t comprehend what “SUB” means ordered an Alfredo and noted to sub out the mushrooms and tomatoes for extra spinach also said NO Montamore chz and to sub parm they didn’t do that either .. .this locations sucks

Costumer service is horrible! Use to be my favorite place, unfortunately things have changed tremendously. I’m extremely allergic to tomatoes. I placed an online order asked for no tomatoes to only receive a meal with tons of tomatoes. Food is dry with hardly no flavor or sauce. I literally have to spend extra money on pesto sauce every time I go due to the dryness. I’ve recommended so many family and friends here and I’m starting to regret it. I will most definitely go to the Bowie location from now on.

Horrible customer service! When customers walked in we were left waiting in line for 5 min. Nobody greeted us and or even acknowledged us. The cashier was totally unavailable she might as well had clocked out for the day. When asked how long she replied ” Well I don’t know, we are getting these orders out right now.”
Just be prepared to wait at least 30 min for a basic order. I gave three stars ONLY because the food is delicious as I come to this location often.
Whoever is on the grill needs a raise. WHERE IS THE MANAGER? As a corporate manager myself….I think the General Manager needs to pay a visit in the evening just to witness what apparently everyone has been posting about.

Okay! I am celebrating my birthday all month long in August!!! So, one of my best friends Ms VBJ took me to Noodles and Company for my birthday lunch and I ordered a Singapore Noodle dish with grilled Shrimp! Yum! We dined in. It was nice, quiet, clean and convenient!!! The shopping plaza has plenty of parking! The staff was courteous and the service was fast! Yum! Yum! I am been here before and now, I am coming on back!!!!
