Ordered a bagel with pepper jack cheese, bacon, paid for extra bacon, spinach & spo. 1 SINGLE leaf of spinach. No extra bacon there is 3 slices total on the bagel. No pepper jack cheese. We can teach monkeys to make sandwiches, I firmly believe they would do a better job!!!!!! Wawa is TRASH & inconvenient. I never eat it as it is & sad situations like this are exactly why.

I had to place three separate orders across two different days—six orders total—before finally receiving the correct Red Bull. Every time, they kept sending the sugar-free version, even though the label is printed clearly in large white letters. I genuinely don’t understand how such a simple detail kept being overlooked.
Now I have a refrigerator full of sugar-free Red Bulls meant for guests, and while Doordash did issue full refunds and credits each time, this should not have been necessary. This experience reflects a serious lack of attention to detail from the staff.

How hard is it to follow instructions? I asked for toasted wheat meatball sandwich with mayo and bbq sauce with grated parmesan. I get a plain meatball sub, not toasted, with regular pasta sauce. My girlfriends was burnt black. How do you mess up THAT BAD. Do not order the meatball sandwiches because apparently they don’t know how to follow the most basic instructions. Even a 12 year old can follow readable instructions.

I ordered my drink on the screen and the guy making it took a while to make it. Turns out he was making his own drink and went on break. At least make my drink before you get your own? The second person who cane to make my drink didn’t even add the right things! She danced over to the counter to give me my drink as if I had all the time in the world. Incredibly weird rules regarding the straws and cups for fountain drinks as well. Horrible service.

Needed gas and this was a convenient location for a decent price. I was however irritated that I had to go inside and wait in line just for my receipt. This place was packed and I was frustrated at the wait for my receipt. I did get a cup of coffee which was well overpriced. After waiting in line for my receipt. I seen self checkout. So, why wait and you can get a larger cup of coffee for a smaller size just by making the simple mistake of putting in the wrong size. Oops, I did it again.

I ordered a $6 meal from this place and arrived on time. My sandwich was sitting on the desk without any bag or chips or any drink just sitting on the desk. I asked the lady for assistance and the lady just shrugged at me saying I couldn’t help I couldn’t help you. I’m a long time customer for Wawa and didn’t expect this from this branch. I hope Wawa chooses to fire this lazy people and hire people who actually need this job NR responsible.

They did not have the egg bites that I came in for made. When I asked for them I got an attitude and was told that it would take 20 minutes for them to be made so I declined the item. Then I grabbed a sausage egg and cheese croissant from the front warmer and unfortunately today, they are serving burnt food.

I have been to this location five or six times for gas. Only once have I pulled up to a pump that has allowed me to pump regular gas. Every other time, I activate the pump and it only allows me to get plus or super. It’s a total rip-off! I only ever get gas here when I don’t have enough gas to make it to the next one.
