I went through the drive thru for lunch and I was genuinely impressed at the customer service. Everyone was friendly, efficient, and seemed to take pride in their work. It was very nice to see. My food was hot and delicious. Thank you for the exceptional service and great lunch experience….you are appreciated.

There is no one in line no one at the drive-through. I was the only vehicle there at 12:30 in the afternoon. I ordered a burger, fries and drink and was asked to pull forward again with nobody behind me and nobody in line inside and I have been waiting25 minutes for the burger With no burger yetNot to mention it was $16 for a medium burger meal deal now there are three other cars parked next to me. No one is in line. No one is inside and all of us are sitting still waiting.! I would strongly suggest avoiding this establishment. I lived in town here for 18 years. This is the first time I’ve been here to Burger King and the last.

The young man there is polite and does a great job. The 2 upper management ladies give off weird vibes. Hire with liveable wages then you might get good workers and BK might have a chance in our little town. Always delayed with getting food and make you sit in the parking lot for 10 plus minutes. Let’s not forget the video posted on FB with all the ants in the soda machine at this location…. I’ll skip a meal before I give this place a 3rd chance.

Was blamed and yelled at by an employee or possibly the manager with a lip ring for sitting at the window more than 2 minutes. However, they took 15 minutes to give us our food and never told us to pull up and wait. Apparently we failed to read her mind and wanted to “get her fired” (in her words). Horrible service and a 0/10. Do not recommend! A young boy who was serving us was very polite and smiley, sorry for not getting the name..but thanks to him, but horrible service from the manager.

It’s the day of the Azalea festival parade and your management has decided a regular staff was enough for today. This was quite possibly the sloppiest decision I’ve ever seen any scheduling manager make. EVER…… WOW!!!! Good took forever and was served completely out of order, poor kid at the counter was also running the window. Absolute mess.

Terrible. Corporate should shut this down!I have been to this Burger King About 5 times now and I am absolutely shocked at how terrible it is. They don’t respect Their customer and talk to them rudely they are extremely mean and use racial slurs behind your back. Its really bad. Shame on burger King for letting this branch continue.

Nobody would wait on us in the dining area, so we went back out to our car and went through the drive up. Finally got some help. There was only one person in the dining room eating, and there were no cars at the drive up. We’re still waiting for our food. Not sure what these employees do here!
