Quick Lunch Bite!
A team order was complied for lunch, with my order included. Placing the order was extremely difficult with the clerk of the establishment and my peer. After the order was placed, my peer stated the complications experienced, and we said “There might be something wrong with our order.”
Once my peer returned, and the boxes were opened we discovered, that this was not what we ordered.
The Manager was called immediately, and he made it right with both myself and my peer.
The pizza was phenomenal! The right amount of ingredients and the crust was good!
We would revisit Marcos on lunch break!!

Very disappointed in our last order. They were amazing when they first opened up, but the past two trips left us extremely disappointed. The pizza tasted extremely bland, and one was overly done. This combined with their prices which are higher than a few places around them have us not wanting to make a return trip. I don’t mind paying a little more if the taste is there, but it hasn’t been lately.

Each time I order a pizza here I get the thin crust for my white cheesy, and each time(about 8 orders to be exact) I select for the pizza to be cut into triangles, just like most normal people order their pizza. Called in an order, wasn’t even started on when we pulled up. No problem, being busy can do that to anyone. Complimentary cheesy bread for the wait, thank you.
However, we get home and open up the boxes and see this? Half full, doesn’t even cover the bottom? Nope, not right at all, and paid $8 for each one too. I’d like an explanation please Marco’s pizza, and fast.

We just ordered from Marcos again tonight like we’ve done so many times before usually the order is pretty good but this time it was a disaster we had asked for extra cheese and for some of the little garlic sauce containers when we got the order brought to our door something was very wrong it didn’t smell like it had garlic on the crust but instead when we took the slices out of the box you could tell it was doused with oil I called the store manager to tell him about the experience and his attitude was like he just didn’t give a rip needless to say I’m not too thrilled at their uncaring attitude and their disinterest in trying to resolve the matter after shelling out $30 worth for the order we ordered pizza and got an oil slick instead looking at the bottom of the box that it came in what do you think ?
Update: we visited the store today 7/24/23 and spoke with management they were very understanding and not only refunded our money but issued us a credit towards our next order because of the way they handle things we will continue to do business with Marcos. Thank you Marco’s Pizza for taking care of this situation we greatly appreciate it

Door Dash totally screwed up my order. They assigned multiple drivers/dashers to pick up my pizza. Then, DD canceled all orders and my pizza was made and ready. I called Marco’s and spoke to the most kind and understanding lady named Gabby. She was sending my pizza w one of her store drivers to hand deliver the pizza to me. That’s what you call excellent customer service. I’m so thankful, and ready to enjoy my most favorite pizza in town.
