This is a nice restaurant on the main street in Saint-Sauveur. The staff were very nice and helpful; they did appear to need more waiters. The food was very good and didn’t take too long to come. The portion sizes were good, but it is a pricey restaurant. They were playing some elevator music, but it wasn’t too bad. Overall, a great restaurant if you want a fancier meal.

The food was nice, we took a 2 person meal for sharing and it was served in only 1 plate which made it difficult to share. Unfortunately the service was not great. One person’s meal at our table was forgotten all together and so arrived later, one of our entre never came. We were never offered coffee or desert and felt rushed to leave. We had to ask for everything (water, missing utensils)I had high hopes looking at the menu but sadly the service ruined our evening for my father’s birthday ( we were a table of 10)

We discovered this restaurant on our last day in town and it was bittersweet, if we had known how delicious the food was earlier in our trip, we would have dined here more than once!
The staff was friendly and quick to greet us and provide refreshments once seated. Despite us not being fluent in French, we were able to communicate with the staff easily.
The food was delicious, fresh and well presented. The menu was difficult to choose from, as everything sounded so good!
My husband enjoyed the escargot, noting it was the best preparation of snails he has tried. And the Pernod cream sauce , I couldn’t stop eating it!
Highly recommend visiting this restaurant for an amazing experience

I visited this restaurant for the first time December 23 2024 and had a nice experience, so I decided to take my wife back for Valentine’s day dinner (February 14 2026) at 20h30. The service was completely unacceptable. We waited to be seated for 5 minutes with no actual greeting. There was complete disorganization, rudeness and attitude. We were sat down at our tablebefore what I assume we were given the menu by the manager or head watress (an older lady with black hair). She was extremely dry, rude, snappy, disrespectful and did not care about customers. Thankfully the food was good, but that was about it. I had to ask for water 3 times, it was never brought without me asking. I asked the manager for water but she didn’t pay much attention to it and never brought us any. A couple came in 10 minutes after us and they were told that there was no table for them ready by the manager, who then turned around to a table and told them that they needed to leave because that table was for the couple that had come in. Clearly the restaurant was very badly organized. The dishes were cleared from our table and we wanted to take our food to fo, and half the food we had left on our plate was not in our to go box. Our dessert was a lemon creme brulée that tasted sour. We ended up stopping at a dessert shop once we left because it didnt taste good. We waited for the bill but it never came, so I went to ask for it to the same manager with black hair who waved me away and continued laughing with a group of people sitting at the bar. Only once we put on our jacket did they bring the bill. the service didnt even merrit the 5% I left. Extremely disatisfied and upset with the service. It makes sense to not care about service when you have a manager like that. Truly dispicable and unpleasant experience for Valentine’s day supper. I’d leave 0 stars if I could.

Such a cozy environment and the service was spectacular. I had the French onion soup as an appetizer and the rack of lamb as a main; it was so good! I would definitely recommend this place! Linda, our server, was so nice!

We were there on a Saturday night and thought the cozy restaurant with its diverse menu items was a great option!!
Unfortunately the experience was disappointing.
1. Dishes and glasses were dirty: while we pointed out the dishes were not clean, the server just said it was not wiped cleaned from the dish washer.
2. Appetizer Fried calamari: if you expect a play, it was a half plat of 6 bites and half play of rotten salad. The display was elegant, but $21 for small six bites of fried calamari and rotten salad? Yuck!!
3. Meat trio: for $76 , it seem great option for two people sharing. Unfortunately not only they do not tell you they ran out the advertised beef cut, the replaced ingredient tasted like spoiled beef and they try to disguise it by cooking it as beef Bourguignon.
Overall, nit worth spending money or waste your health at this restaurant.

Had a lovely meal that was very tasteful. Escargot was prepared in a unique style and maybe my favorite from now on. The duck was done just right and the fish of the day was Mahi and flavourful. Would return next time we visit the area.

How long are you willing to wait to eat?
The menus did not arrive for 25 minutes even after asking for them twice.
Another 10 minutes to take the order.
The waitress rushed us taking the order, and didn’t even offer wine.
Meal was served 1hour and 35 minutes after arriving. Two of the meals were luke warm. Two were hot.
But the food was excellent.
So if you are not hungry when you arrive and are willing to wait, dine here.

Amazing atmosphere, great staff, great wine selection. Outstanding entrées and appetizers! Bavette is next level – one of th best I have ever had. Lamb Shank was incredible. Dessert was outstanding, …I’m usually not a caramel girl but oh my god, never had anything close to this good! I’m in heaven

We had a lovely dinner here. We were looking for something besides pizza and bar food (plenty in the area) and this was a nice find. Service was friendly. Food took awhile to come out, looked like they were understaffed. We really enjoyed the apps, the seafood soup was great. Duck confit was delicious. The walleye was underseasoned but it was cooked well otherwise, liked the crispy skin.
