Subway has gotten to be pretty pricey on their offerings and mediocre quality. With all of the other sub sandwich shops in the area, you would think that they would step up their game a bit and be battling for your business with lower prices and higher quality. The location that I visited on this occasion also seemed a little dingey.

Sat down at this Subway for lunch today and had a fantastic experience! Ordered through the app and food was ready. While my son was eating, one of the associates waved at my son and my son waved back. My 5 year old ate all of his sandwich and the associate bought him a cookie. Small acts of kindness truly are appreciated!

Poorly created sandwiches, un aware of the need for basic customer service for a service industry such as subway. No regard to the value given for the consumer. We did use a coupon and understand it has limitations although the information delivered by the ASM and, employee was incorrect. Despite my call to speak with him, again not looking to have it remade or get money back but wanted to ask why? Unsatisfied with his response as well as our food.
