Purely on the service alone, I give this 5 stars. Jesse and Latima (I hope I spelled your names correctly ) had such positive and polite attitudes! I’m so used to fast food restaurants kind of being moody, which I understand people can have bad days, but their energy from the moment I walked in and feeling bad that I’m walking in spots that Latima just cleaned and she was so understanding. Jesse helped with simple questions I had about the menu with positive and helpful attitude, really made me feel welcomed. Sadly I’m just passing through from Las Vegas so I won’t be back but I’d definitely stop here next time I’m around!

Such a sad experience. Placed a $50 order and ended up waiting over 25 minutes for our food. Half of our food was sitting up under the heaters. I asked if we can have the part of the order that was done or if it was done yet and The young lady responded with an attitude saying we were waiting on chicken. Didn’t get what was ready. I know from previous visits I know the chicken only takes 8 minutes. We are 25 minutes into our wait time. The two young ladies had asked their manager for assistance. The manager, comes from behind the back from sitting there being on a cell phone to finally help. Didn’t wash his hands before putting gloves on or nothing. During the wait a customer was asking what was taking so long and one Of the worker snapped back at her and the customer asked for their money back. She also was waiting a long time. The organization of this Restaurant is very poor and the management as well. All he did was slap a few of the drive-thrus sandwiches together just so he could get back on the cell phone. We finally got our food and half of it was soggy from sitting so long. These employees paid more attention in attending to their phones than their customers. Money well wasted. Sad to see this restaurant turn out this way.

This place is a Mess! Behind the counter, It didn’t look like wars have been swept in months. Catch up machine was out of ketchup and it was thrown all over the place. I got a while for Junior and all it was was a regular, small hamburger. I haven’t been to a Burger King in probably 10 years. It’s going to be never now.

Giving it a low service rating due to the ownership. staff was great, however, the menu said an item was 8.99 but then the register was programmed to charge 9.99 yet no one on staff knew why. solely hangs on the owner for not training its staff properly. The most frustrating experience is the fact that when I called the next day to see if I accidently left a computer charger there, the answering service abruptly ends the call when you choose the option to speak to a manager. So instead of asking over the phone if anyone found or turned in a charger, I need to drive 20 miles to see if that’s where I left it. Gross incompetence and again, this falls squarely on the shoulder’s of the owners.

The people here were friendly. But the fries were barely warm and just not that good. But the place was filthy. No paper towels in the bathrooms although they toilet paper so that’s a plus.

After a half an hour wait in the drive through (there were only three cars ahead of me, mind you) I got a burger that looks like it had been cooked yesterday, and was room-temperature at best. Completely inedible; waste of money.

Today I came into the lobby to eat at Burgerking excellent service. The employees were so nice to me. There was no weight on the food and it was very fresh delightful it was a 10 out of 10. I definitely recommend all of the workers were making conversation and I felt very welcome. Might I add the lobby was very clean!

Definitely not my favorite place in town to eat. Sure breakfast items come out super hot (like it was in a microwave too long) but a little care with food items going into bags would be nice. Didn’t order 2 flat sandwiches. On another visit was told the app coupons don’t work and ordered 2 double bacon cheeseburgers they only had 1 patty… 3 chicken sandwiches that were cold and hard… this is 100% the worst place to get food. Even if the food is okay… the service is worse than anywhere I have ever been. If something is wrong on the stores end the response should never be well too bad from management.

I was one of several people in line on this Wednesday afternoon. The store was severely understaffed. No manager visible. No greeting. After waiting several minutes for any acknowledgement, I left as did the people on line behind me.
