The past two times there they messed my order up. I left it go the first time but I’m upset now. I live in new enterprise I was going to get the 20 special but there was no white meat so I spent almost 14 for a 3 piece. Got a breast that was so small and so dried up and burnt on one side. I spent 23.00 and I’m sick of getting food like this and can’t take it back it’s to far. I will NEVER do a pick up again because it’s fast food and NOONE CARES ! I can’t believe that is a breast

Came in because we don’t have one in our area. Apparently the ice tea machine was down. No notice up at all. But had a notice up about not having cheese curds. Was not asked if I want regular or extra crispy chicken. When waiting at the counter no one came to help me. Used to be a really nice place to eat but the staff suck!! NEED TO BRING BACK THE BUFFET!!

Pretty ticked off we ordered online and yet again it was missing stuff. Tried calling at least 10x but they dont answer the phone apparently. Spent 80 bucks and for what.. we were missing 2 large sides, all of the biscuits, the drink was wrong, none of the sauces I paid for came, my mashed potato bowl had 3 small nuggets in it and was barely filled even half way. I swear idk why it is but almost every time we order from here there are multiple things messed up in our order and I dont understand why. This time it was missing mashed potatoes and secret fries last order it was missing a pot pie and large side. The food is decent but they gotta get it together. The previous order when I called was ignored and it took over 2 hrs today wasnt so bad and the driver didnt follow instructions and put the food on the chair instead blocked the door with it

Absolute TRASH !
I ordered dinner from here tonight for my daughter’s first birthday! ( her big party is tomorrow and momma wasn’t cooking tonight as I have a bunch to cook for the party). Literally everything was wrong or old and disgusting! We ordered 3 meals and a pot pie. Only one meal was supposed to be original, everything else was supposed to be extra crispy. All the chicken was original except for one random leg that was extra crispy. One meal was supposed to be tossed in honey bbq sauce, it wasn’t and still the wrong type of chicken. The wedges were sooo old they would have been better classified as mummified potato and could have chipped a tooth. And the biscuits were also so old they crunched like a cracker and completely crumbled when I tried to cut it open to butter. BUT THE ABSOLUTE WORST ATROCITY was replacing the birthday girls chicken pot pie with a freaking famous bowl!!!! Guess what is one of only 2 foods she despises- – yep mashed potatoes! So the special meal I drove 45 minutes round trip for, for my baby on her birthday was actually a food she hates! It could have only been worse if it was covered in peas. And the chicken we did get though wrong had also died under a heating lamp several hours ago. I immediately called the restaurant when I unpacked the bag and guess what ?.?… they didn’t even have to ask what my order was, they were anticipating the freaking call !!! Gave excuses about being out of bbq sauce and pot pies, when I asked why the changes to the order were not communicated to me at pick up? Nothing but weak fake apologies. Oh and guess what – they don’t offer refunds!! Nothing they can do one their end- directed me the customer service section of the KFC app. You have got to be kidding me !!!! No wonder KFC stock prices are dropping when every other chicken chain is growing massively! Honestly hope the whole chain goes under at this point. We don’t eat there often but I can honestly say it has been years since we have gotten a quality and correct meal. I will be contacting customer service, a day time manager, basically whoever I can because spending over $50 for the literal trash they handed out the window to me is unacceptable!!

Food was good but it definitely doesn’t feel like a dine in establishment anymore. Better off just grabbing to go. They just set your tray of food out without saying anything. Didn’t get my drink until I flagged someone down in the kitchen from behind the counter. They gave me a cup for the fountain machine that had no ice and no refrigeration for the soda. Not the best experience but I’d still go back I guess.

Ridiculous. My boyfriend was looking forward to getting kfc. Around 9:30!!! We tried to place an online order and it said he couldn’t place one online so we drove the whole way out there for them to tell us they’re done taking orders for the night! Only online orders! And then when we told him we couldn’t make an online order and repeated that they’re done for the night. If i’m not mistaken they don’t close until 10! NEVER AGAIN.

I saw one guy back there make like 7 famous bowls and was able to get our bucket, tenders, and fries out in 5 minutes I was skeptical at first but our food was hot, fresh, and tasted great. The dude back there this morning deserves a raise!

Service was absolutely slow. Waited over 30 minutes for the order. I was told 3 times they were working on the order as people come in after me, order, and leave with their food. Not a sorry for your wait or anything. Very disappointed on the service. (Upper right hand corner of the picture shows the time).
