I’ve been living in Indiana for a while now almost 4 years now and this place is nothing to write home about. These are one of the main pizza chains here in Jasper which is a shame because you expect little Caesars to be hot-n-ready, But every-time I’ve came here I’ve always had to wait like any other pizza chain. It’s tolerable and not so much of an issue, But when they deliver your pizza it’s always hot and well made. I haven’t had any issues yet. When I did come here for the first time with my girlfriend I was expecting a great experience, But when we opened our food we noticed that one of the slices had hairs on them. Every-time we come to this franchise we always make sure to check.

I have been here a few times since I moved back and service has gone downhill. 1 time they gave me the wrong toppings on my pizza. Another time they would not refund my money even though wait times were inaccurate. Another time I sat waiting over 40 mins for a simple large pepperoni.

Called to ask for information on owner and corporate number. Guy was rude refused to give me any information claiming ” I’m a franchise owner corporate doesn’t effect how I run my business” I’m sorry but if I pay for something and don’t receive it I have every right to ask for what I paid for and clarification on anything I’ve purchased. If you’re not willing to give me that information corporate should know because you’re swindling customers under there name. Hope corporate sees this and follows up with the franchise owner.

Little Caesar is been a great place at jasper but, I don’t know what is going on. it looks like they don’t really care about costumer’s, I have to wait like 20’ minutes just to place my order and, there where like 6 people in. I can’t understand what’s happening
