Ok so I know it’s just a sandwich but I just had such a hard day and whenever I order JJ’s at work in Boulder they NEVER give me mayo packets, and always always without failure screw something up. This bag I just got, I kid you not, was packaged with love. My sandwich actually was customized exactly how I ordered. It was great service and literally made my day.

On 10-02-2025 order a veggie got lettuce, 4 tomatoes and 4 cucumbers costing me $12.99. I will not recommend or return to a Jimmy John’s which I totally loved their sandwiches. Picture attached so you can see how this sandwich wasn’t worth the money . (I tore the sandwich in half before opening it to save half for later) but did not remove anything from it. This was store #1195 9645 Washington St. So disappointed

The staff working here are awesome! They are always so friendly and they make your food fast and accurate. This is my closest location and I am very glad it is. I’ve also got delivery from this location from the app and it’s the fastest delivery I’ve experienced. Definitely recommend

Sandwiches are consistently good and the staff seems friendly. I’ve probably been here over 20 times and only had one bad customer service experience. I think the guy has either quit or been fired because I haven’t run into him again.

i am more than upset with my interaction with the manager Augustine and my service from the Thorton location. I ordered my food got home realized they gave me the completely wrong sandwich and now I was willing to drive 10 minutes back to the Jimmy John’s shop, but I asked them if there’s anything they can do to give me a little bit credit towards something else for my time and my driving as it’s not fair that I don’t get to eat my meal and I have to drive back to get my sandwich remade and they said that they would only sandwich or without any proof for coming back for the meal they’ll give me a five dollar credit. Why not replace my sandwich and give me a five dollar credit towards visit meal to make the situation right. The manager was rude and his staff was also rude and dismissive. You should be considerate of other people‘s time and money that they’ve spent at your company and if they are willing to drive back to get the sandwich remade, they should also get a credit for the next time they come in. It’s unacceptable just to do nothing and expect somebody to drive. Use their gas time for free and for that willing to come back for their food

Jaelen and Augie were both super friendly when I arrived, Jaelen took my order and made sure I got everything I added onto my sandwich, accurately. Very polite and a very nice personality.

Don’t order anything with bacon. The bacon they served me was too rubbery to bite through and Zach says that’s was how their bacon always is. I suggested they use fresh bacon and Zach told me to go complain to corporate. I’m going to tell everyone in the neighborhood. This is not a place to spend money you’ll be disappointed.

We ordered Jimmy John’s for a family of 4. We spent $90. On one sandwich, we asked for extra avocado spread. We had to pay $2.99 and didn’t get any avocado spread. They had also ran out of bread for the evening. There were disgruntled customers coming out as we entered. I feel for the workers, but for the cost of our meal. we should have gotten the full order. We only ordered from JJ because they offered avocado spread and their competition did not. We appreciate the effort but $2.99 for a no avocado, bummer.

if it tastes like paper… you’re not wrong, It is. I got a lettuce wrap with the wrapping paper literally rolled up all the way into the middle of the sandwich. All the way through. Not to mention they completely forgot half the ingredients. Do the sandwich makers secretly hate people here?
