Ordered a Southwest Philly sandwich and it was awful. The beef had some sort of weird taste that made it not edible. The other dishes served were good. The waitress was great. The wait time was awful. We waited almost 45 minutes to get our food when I pointed out that I couldn’t eat my meal and that the meat had some sort of weird taste to it almost like a chemical taste. All the waitress said was she would have her kitchen staff taste it. She did apologize. However, there was no offer to bring me something else or to discount the meal or to take the meal off the ticket.. When something is not edible that would be the right thing to do to save your customer. Needless to say, I probably won’t be back.

Pretty horrific, half of our groups food tasted spoiled and the fish is wildly expensive for a single walleye filet with no side. Already bad enough, as we got up to leave the guy at the next table over was complaining to the waitress about finding a chunk of plastic in his burger. You’re taking your life into your hands when you eat here.

This was our first experience eating there. We have heard great things and for our date night we wanted to try something new. We got a great seat outside. Our Server Cari was quick, nice, friendly, and extremely helpful with helping us choose apps and our main course. Her suggestions were on point and did not disappoint at all. We ended up choosing two apps and 3 main dishes as everything looked amazing. The Totchos, Cheese curds for apps and the main courses Chicken Fried Steak, Southwest Cheesesteak, and the Grilled Gound were amazing as well as their aoli sauce were delicious. Trust me, they did not disappoint.. prices were great and portions were more than enough. Great drinks, amazing food, and great service. I highly recommend. Especially for a date night or family night out. Huge shout out to our server Cari, we will definitely go back because of her.

We ordered the wings, an app, and a couple of cokes. The tot chos (tater tots, Queso, jalapenos, and green chili’s) were delicious. The bone in wings were good size and tasty. My biggest gripe was the price, 42 dollars for 2 dozen wings. They weren’t that good. The night we were there, it must have been going to rain. The flies were bad.

I found the Silver Spur using google reviews while I was in town for work. The service and food were both excellent. The Country Fried Steak with mashed potatoes and coleslaw will not leave you disappointed. Will visit again!

Not five stars because the chicken strips were terrible – super salty. Yuck. My husband’s burger was amazing, and the food was quick so four stars for that! Would give it another shot just certain food is good and certain food would avoid.

Menu listing “This 10 oz cut is one of the most tender and flavorful steaks you will ever try.” was very misleading. I ordered mine medium rare and it came out more medium well. Our server did take it back to have another one done for me. That one came out closer to medium rare but it was not so flavorful and it was pretty chewy and stringy. I only ate a couple of bites. On the other hand, my Bloody Mary was VERY good and we had a couple sides of onion rings that were quite possibly the best I have ever had. I am not a big fan of onion rings because they are usually greasy with pasty coating and mushy onions. These were crispy with the right amount of breading and the onion was perfect. Our server was Tammy J. She was EXCELLENT! Very personable, had a sense of humor and took very good care of us.

Stopped in the night after we were completely disappointed with the bbq place in town only to be greeted by the friendliest staff. The chicken and wild rice soup was absolutely fantastic, the steak was cooked great. Although the beef tips were a little more chewy than I’d like. Atmosphere and super attentive staff made it worth it.
