We used to get food from steak express on Indiana Quite a bit it’s been about a year and a half since we last had it and today we tried it again!. We did pickup.. order number 334. We got home to eat and found the steak to be so tough that we could not tear it or cut it hardly at all without force! Horrible steak and the shrimp was so over cooked it literally had a rubber texture to it needless to say we will not be eating here again! I do not know if they changed vendors for their meat or what but definitely went from 5 star to 1 star sadly. And a waste of $50.

Tonight we ordered about $125 in food. Half way through our meal, We find a women hair in our food. We call and ask the establishment to make it right and please give us a $40 credit for next time. We order often from this location. They refused the $40 credit for next order and only offered to remake 1 burger. The only reason why i asked for a $40 credit was because after we found the hair, everyone lost their appetite. So now i have 6 burgers half eaten and in the trash. I always allow for a company to make things right. They had zero intentions of making this right. I have $200 in gift cards that i bought today and now I’m going to give them away. The manager and General Manager should’ve been more understanding! I will never order from this place again.

ABSOLUTELY love it! Never been before today. Got the 9.99 beef tip plate of course upgraded to the loaded baked potato. But this price is the same you’d pay or even less than most of the fast food restaurants that you’d get much lower quality food. I will be back as often as I can.

I came in to order 2 burgers and a kids meal with a burger. The woman at the counter took our order, and then only after we paid told us it would be 20 minutes. Since I had a child crying in the car we changed our order to delivery which they charged us and addition $5 for then we drove home. 45 minutes later our food still had not arrived. When I called they just said that it was on its way. 5 minutes later our food finally arrived. When the driver left we realized they left off the kids meal. I called to let them know and they blamed me for the problem and said I would need to reorder and pay for another kids meal because they didn’t remember ever hearing that I ordered a kids meal.
After clarifying the problem, they doubled down on blaming me and said “I’m sorry but we aren’t in the business of giving away free food. If you want a kids meal you’ll have to order it again and we can get it to you in about 45 minutes.”
The manager I spoke with, Martha, was condescending and incredibly rude. I will not be returning and would avoid this place if you want any sort of good service.
